I haven't been to this location in a while, I went in today and was surprised not to see an awesome store manager June. I asked if she was off for the day & the man behind the counter said she is no longer there & can't tell me why. I hope that this was her decision because she was a fantastic employee. She ALWAYS had a smile on her face & a great attitude with us customers. She will be greatly missed by many. read more

this Cumberland farms is horrible after covid 19 .. only open till 8pm and no 1 makes hot food unless u ask and they never fix any drinks that are out . really slow service. read more

After tonight's problem with one staff member in particular, I of give this place one star. At 8:30 pm on a saturday, my SO and I stopped here so he could get gas and a coffee and I could change my baby's diaper, get him calmed down and off to sleep as it was already very late for all of us. After paying for his gas and coffee he filled up and we parked in one of the parking spots in front of the store. Not too long after this we had just gotten to LO to sleep and in his car seat when one of the employee's friend pulls in with his speakers on as loud as possible so it shakes practically the whole parking lot. Keep in mind, this is generally a quiet area. After sitting there for about a half hour trying to get LO to sleep he has been woken up by the car being shook by the base of the car next to us. I went in and asked as nice as possible if he could lower it and he did, but because this employee was a friend of his, he felt the need to come outside screaming at us and accusing us of purposely loitering then calling the cops because he didn't like the fact that I told his friend to lower his speakers. In my opinion, he was very unprofessional in handling the situation that had absolutely nothing to do with him personally. In my experience, you don't bring your personal life into the workplace. We sat there for another hour calming our baby down before he came out screaming at as and, yet again, waking up LO. Honestly, I think the employee's need training on how to properly respond to a situation that upsets them because nobody in a professional environment should walk out of the store screaming at their customers for something so stupid. read more

Manager Erica, Ethan, Nate and Deven are a great team. They would get 10 stars if I could give them. They run the store professionally, enthusiastically and kindly. The store was clean. The bathroom was clean. The coffee was fresh. Unfortunately, two things have knocked stars off of my review because they are corporate decisions that need to be reconsidered. My two complaints have nothing to do with the excellent staff. Number one - Why can't Cumberland Farms have 2%, 1% or skim milk available for coffee use? This is the same at other Cumberland Farms and it is disappointing. Instead of offering whole milk and light cream, how about light cream and 2% milk? It would help a lot of people who do not or cannot drink whole milk. Second - There is a Smart Pay member price for gas, which is $.10 less than the Nonmember price. This is not obvious unless you're looking for it or, like me, notice after you start pumping gas. I pulled into Cumberland Farms specifically because the price of gas was reasonable. It was only after I start filling up that I noticed there were two prices. When I noticed the price difference, I immediately stopped pumping. I asked the staff about this and, apparently, this is a common complaint. People have been complaining about this here and at other locations since this policy was put in place about a year ago. It is not fair to the staff that they have to defend the decision they had nothing to do with. It is unfair to customers who see one price but not the other. I invite those who made this unfriendly decision to work at any Cumberland Farms location for a single day to see how people feel about this seemingly bait and switch. Again, I am aware that if one is looking for the difference, one will see the two prices. Unfortunately, it is way too subtle and most people coming in for gas are thinking of other things. We've stopped a couple of times as we travel, this is the filthiest most disgusting cumberland farms we have come across. We keep trying to give them another chance but this is ridiculous! My husband drives this route at least once a month and says he has never in his life seen a place that is as dirty as this one. During one of his stops he found the mens room completely full of feces smeared everywhere that had been there for a while. Today as i mentioned that the ladies room needed a cleaning because it was so filthy that I refused to even set foot in it with bins that were overflowing & floor that was filthy, the girl and guy behind the counter looked at each other and just shrugged. My husband is a faithful Cumberland Farms coffee guy, he says he'll never set foot in that one in Epsom again. Management needs to step it up and hire people who care & aren't afraid to work in this location. We've been happy with every other CF that we've been in. read more
