Stopped in for lunch and had the double Swiss mushroom burger with fries. For dessert had the ice cream topped with Oreo's. Food was great and service excellent. Culver's never disappoints!!

This your girl Kaidaniell and yes you caught me here getting a burger! This was my first time trying this place and I can say it was pretty good. We went through the drive-thru. The right lane was blocked off so all traffic was in the left lane. The line was not long during the time I went (early afternoon Thursday). I was overwhelmed with the menu so I ordered the Wisconsin Burger combo per friend suggestion. We went to the window to pay. I received my drink order and ticket number that they placed on the car door handle. I didn't like that because it can easily scratch the car. They cook the food right then so it takes maybe 5-15mins depending on the traffic. I love the garlic aioli sauce. I should of requested onions, lettuce and tomatoes. The fries were fresh and the right amount of salt. Definitely will come back and try other food items.

This is my first time trying Culver's, though I had heard about it for ages on Reddit, and it did not disappoint. After being greeted by the super friendly workers, I checked out the menu, which is massive and has everything from fried cod to burgers. It took me a long time to decide what to get but I finally landed on a Double Butter Burger meal which came out to be $10 (side note: why is life so expensive?) The burger patties are in the "smashed" style with good quality beef and very tasty. I only wish they were seasoned better. Fries were fresh and hot. OveralI really enjoyed my meal and will def return to try their seafood options.

Ya'll! I think they heard our prayers! The food is still fresh, hot and delish, but they're WAY MORE EFFICIENT now!!! Orders come out fast & the line moves faster than it has in the past. Thank goodness, cause Lord knows I love my double butter burger! :)

A showcase of pre-packed pints. It's a decent deal if you buy four and the flavors are more interesting than what they have at the counter.

"The ice cream is really the best I've had," said a friend. With an endorsement like that we needed to see for ourselves. The photo I posted doesn't capture the bevy of teenage staffers standing behind the counter doing ...... well, I don't know what. Based on the advertisement for their weekly special -- I think it was called Chocolate Éclair -- I was expecting ice cream with a variety of mix-ins, like pictured on their sign. Unless they switched orders, my weekly special looked like nothing more than vanilla with a weak swirl of chocolate syrup and some soggy pieces of ice cream cone. False advertising! So we paid for our ice cream and stood up front as directed, prominently holding up our order number. Minutes passed. Like many minutes. Finally I broached the counter. The teenage "runner" relegated to distribution neglected to see our sign; we were right there! She handed over our ice cream which at this point was partially melted. It didn't look anything like the big picture hanging above us. As with any new business, I want this place succeed. But the manager needs to set his staff straight, stress efficiency, get rid of dead weight and provide a product that matches their advertising. Reading other reviews, they're not off to a great start.

    Cheese curds & fries

So this was our first time here. It's a Monday night, got there around 845pm Wait is like fast casual, so not fast food premade but not as long as a normal sit down. Took awhile to get food, but the wait wasn't horrible. Custard gets done super quick but other items took longer so be prepared to wait about 10-15 mins We got a pretzel butter burger, Wisconsin cheese melt, cheese curds, vanilla custard mixed with caramel and cheese cake, mint explosion concrete and fries Everything is sooo good! Like oh wow, that's some good good. Lol Even their root beer is good Cheese curds were a must. Also, because of our wait the supervisor(?) came out without being asked and gave us coupons for a free meal so that was a nice surprise Downsides: this place needs some management help. They had too many people working the register but when people weren't there, they were wandering around saying they had nothing to do. There were maybe 3-4 employees with nothing to do at a time while the back of house employees seemed to be overwhelmed & orders were taking a long time. There were also a good bit of customers coming in and out so that may have been unexpected for a Monday night The floors were sticky and so was the wall by the counter so kinda gross on that but I guess I'm not eating off either. Overall, the food was worth it so we'll be back but just have some patience!

ridiculous skimping on premium toppings paid extra for: mushrooms and grilled onions
    Kelly K.

We were thrilled when the new Culver's opened 5 minutes from our home. However, they have never gotten our to-go order right. Not simply forgetting a topping but a completely different item than what we ordered. tonight's skimping on the toppings we paid extra for is the last straw. We will never eat here again and you can be sure I'll share this review and photos on every online forum for restaurant reviews

No food after waiting an hour. And they couldn't reverse charge either.

But this is a family place and a great option for the GF community. We will definitely be back! Just so you know...the chicken tenders, fried pickles and onion rings can be GF but are NOT dairy free. The fries and buns are GF and DF. MY only note we went on a Saturday and the bathroom floors were sticky and the booths needed a better wipe down. I came to review B&B and my review from 2023 was still pending...! Sheesh!…read more Uh, so yea, we have been a few times and heck if I know why we don't go more. But tonight? B&B got their hooks in us! Husband was craving a burger, I wasn't really wanting anything specific; we just didn't want to go major chain. Keep them dollars local, y'know? Help a real person. Anyhoo, I did a quick search and asked if he wanted to try B&B again. Thank goodness he agreed, y'all. My only gripe with B&B is their parking lot. It rivals Trader Joe's for impracticality. So take your compact car! They had the corn hole stowed but heaters were blazing and there were people dining on the patio when we walked in. Better ye than me, folks! We were seated immediately and then we met our delightful server... Early server spotlight for Owen. Such nice energy for a gloomy Wednesday evening, really upbeat without being annoying, the perfect level of attentive. Go when he's there and reward his awesomeness as well! Okay, I decided this afternoon that I wanted a li'l blue plate special for dinner. And Husband wanted a burger. He got a spicy smash burger, the actual name escapes me. Spicy & smashed, she was! There was a good amount of heat from the pickled jalapeños so he took a few off. His recommendation is that they go for a smattering of the diced variety instead. (I've created a monster!!!) He was also very happy with his battered fries. Unless I'm misremembering, they remind me of A&W fries; not as seasoned or as battered as Checkers, but so good. What did I get? You're sweet to ask! I did three sides: garlic green beans, fried Brussels and fried okra. Yes, yes, and yes. They are so wild, I think all three were fresh! Can you even?! You know exactly what I'm talking about when I say frozen fried okra has a taste. If this was frozen ever, they need to patent that technology. The garlic green beans were giving Chinese food but better. Really balanced seasoning, good crispness, flavor. Green, if you can imagine! And the Brussels sprouts... With bacon and sauce... Those leftovers will hate to see me coming. "Leftovers?" I sense you ask incredulously. Yes. Because while perusing the menu online, I saw a nice, big picture of their Butter Toffee Cake. And I was instantly imbued with the knowledge that this cake would heal all my past traumas, pay off my student loans, and give me winning lottery numbers. Only time will tell on all counts. But if you order one thing at that restaurant, I demand it be that cake. The person handling those cakes went to the Hogwarts' Academy of Culinary Wizardry. I can hardly describe it and I have no idea what flavor ice cream is on top except it's the best one. If you like food, but especially butterscotch, or not - you need this cake. I blacked out after that and woke up here on Yelp, so... Please go try that cake.

You would think that it would be the other way around. The drive-thru has some gnarly potholes, and while to some, the yellowing walls, signage & general state of deterioration might be endearing, proof that the restaurant has stood the test of time, this place desperately needs a good polishing. The sausage patty wasn't even the diameter of a Coke can, so there was way more biscuit than sausage, while the "steak" (pretty much a breaded & fried ground beef patty) actually matched the size of the biscuit. At $1.45 & $1.75, respectively, for a *small* hashbrown triangle (about the size of my index finger, and I don't have large hands) & cup of grits, I certainly won't be ordering those again. Without the aid of my home air fryer, the biscuits are no longer crispy and pillowy, but rather soft and doughy, signifying that large batches are made in advance and kept in a warming oven. My order was pretty simple and should have been ready within minutes, but instead I had to wait about 10 minutes in the drive-thru. With that kind of wait, I would expect a freshly baked biscuit, or at least one that had been freshly toasted (see above). Burger Inn used to be one of my favorite breakfasts in Woodstock, but like so many restaurants, the prices are keeping up with inflation, and their quality is declining. It makes me sad that a locally owned establishment has fallen from glory to mediocrity.

Classic breakfast (forgot what it's called but eggs, protein, biscuit, grits): I got my eggs scrambled and these were probably the best scrambled eggs I've ever had outside of my own home. It was just the way I liked them--definitely scrambled, but juicy, flavorful, and soft. The grits were a crowd favorite on our table--super rich and creamy. Smoked ham was salty (as most smoked ham are) but incredible soft and nice to eat. I thought my favorite would be the biscuit (I'm a HUGE biscuit girl) but it actually wasn't as buttery as I thought. It wasn't bad, but I think I'll take the grits over it any day. I can't believe how delicious this place was. All the plates coming out looked amazing (the sweet breakfast items, wow!) and we are definitely coming back to try the rest of the menu. Smash. Burger. Overpriced…read more On my recent visit to Canyons in downtown Woodstock, I got the signature smash burger. I appreciate that it wasn't overloaded with burger fixin's... just the necessities. The smash burger sauce was unique and made the burger feel a little more special. It was really juicy, and it had a good meat-bread ratio. Unfortunately, what makes this burger a little lackluster is the lack of texture. It's almost too greasy, and (especially from a smash style burger) I expect some gristle. The regular crinkle fries were pretty standard- well salted though. The sweet potato fries were actually pretty good as far as the sides. This is the kind of restaurant where the sides are priced separately from already $12 burgers. So, it's impossible to get a basic burger meal for less than $16-$20 depending on your side and drink. The highlight of the night was the chicken tenders actually. It's just really good fried chicken- especially paired with the Canyons Sauce. Additionally, the milkshakes were pretty great actually. The vanilla and chocolate shakes are... yum! These were super thick (but drinkable through a straw) milkshakes. Service was a quick order taking process, but a pretty slow delivery. The food is fine, and a little pricy. Given it is in a main downtown area with high foot traffic, I'd say it's worth a try if you are looking for something specific in the area. In downtown Woodstock, it's hard to find much cheaper, but there is definitely better food at other places in the strip.
