    If you love having facials that really do wonders, this is the place to go. Tiffany B did my Ritual facial which is specific to your needs, and my skin is luminous. Love Cult Asthetics for all my facial needs. Great staff and all are constantly up on all the latest technology and education for making you look your best.

    Stunning office, literally out of a magazine. The was so friendly. I was in and out in minutes after my daxxify treatment. Super excited to see the results. Parking was easy. The elevators to get up to the space are a little tricky but everything else is perfect.

After the consultation I thought I was gonna see the doctor so the doctor can tell me what can be done. Normally when anyone goes to see a doctor you see the staff 1st then the MD. Not at Sonobello you only see the consultantyrying to sell you a dream. I asked questions at my consultation to the consultant got the answers which I thought were correct come to find out I received misleading information. They say, you have to pay $500 non refundable fee in order to secure a spot for surgery. I came in for Pre-op had to leave and come back. I asked the same questions to the medical staff doing the Pre-op and got different answers the total opposite of what was initially said. The day of the surgery the staff said arrive @ 11 , I was in the waiting room for over an hour. I finally was brought back. When it was time for the cocktail the meds they give the clinical staff placed the cup on the counter and she kept asking did I give you the pills no ma'am. She walked out the room walked back several times for about 20 minutes of her looking for a pill she dropped or lost. I asked her if you find it are you planning on giving it to me? She said no and I said well can you just get another one? To be honest I don't know if she gave me the one she dropped or a new one cause I saw her looking on the floor when she walked out the room. I had the surgery I didn't feel a thing. The after math was the worse pain ever. Now I've been through double mastectomy so I can tolerate pain but this was on another level. I ended up passing out on the floor hitting my head. It wasnt good. They said they would call me but the next day I had to call them. I was told in 3 months you will start seeing results. Im about 2.5 weeks from the 3 month mark and I don't see any results. I haven't seen the MD since the surgery. My stomach still hurts, I look like Im 5 months pregnant and my stomach is hard/lumpy. The massage table whatever its called doesn't work. I had to pay to see a med spa for a lymphatic massage and I couldn't finish it because of the pain. The faja they gave me has no support whatsoever. I had spend more money to get a faja with support and I was told by the owner of the faja store it looks like you didn't even do surgery because I look pregnant. She stated had "they provided a faja with support you wouldn't be so swollen." Had they done the right thing I wouldn't be so messed up now. I feel as though this place preys on people's low self-esteem and insecurities. I feel worse about myself now then I did before. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY @ SONOBELLO. Save your funds and go see Dr. Miami or another plastic surgeon that actually cares. Its not worth the pain, frustration or depression. I booked for lymphatic Massage and maybe the last FEW minutes of my time, she asked me if I wanted to try Wood therapy. The way she worded it was like a courtesy because she said I had lots fluid and hardness and I only had like 5 min left. I said ok I'll try it but within seconds I couldn't take the wood therapy it was too much. In the end she tried to ask for more money. I told her she should have mentioned that otherwise I would have said no because I specifically booked lymphatic Massage. Fast forward present day. I purchased a new groupon, call to set an appointment, when I received a text back in my text history it showed I had used her 2 months ago... ohhh lawd....not my intentions, the Groupon had a totally different address so that's my I didn't realize it was the same company. This brings me to why I'm writing a review, wasn't going to the first time because some things you just have to let it be, no need to post but I booked my appointment for today, her email confirmation comes back 30 min session when the Groupon clearly says 45 min. I call her she says since I booked her before it's 30 min for returning customer and I cancel if I need to. Huh? Most Groupons can be rebooked after 30 days and I certainly was NOT trying to rebook with her in the first place. This young lady is a natural born scammer people. I been around for a minute and trust me she got it. Don't feel pressured to pay this girl any additional monies. I do not recommend this company at all. Needless to say I already got my refund back from Groupon.

    I feel the need to write an update after what happened yesterday. April 27th, I got 2 calls and a…read moretotal of 4 text messages from "the owner" of this establishment, well at least that's who he said he was, the last two texts were sent at 8:11pm and 8:20pm respectively (late and after regular business hours). I had to let this person know to stop calling and texting me cause it was borderline harassment. He just fell entitled to keep trying to get in touch with me as if he was some sort of friend or family member, not to even mention I was working when I got his first call. This really makes me upset and concerned, I understand having a business is stressful and he might feel my review was "unfair" but as a paid customer I have the right to express my opinions and concerns without being harassed. He kept trying to convince me to change my review and he complained that I left the same exact one on 2 different sites. Sorry but this behavior is completely unprofessional, no one should be afraid of leaving a review for a poor service. Just to address some of the "responses" you left: the facial I got from your esthetician didn't last an hour, in fact it took around 40 minutes which about a third of the time was spent on steam and a mask and that was my biggest complain, the fact that your employees fell entitled to charge 30 extra dollars for "the extra time spent"; if they told you, the owner, it was an hour they lied to you then. In fact, they did mention there was going to be a $30 charge in case they needed more time but honestly that's a rip off knowing that it wasn't going to be an hour working on my face. I have great skin modesty aside, I do take care of it very well and I also told them from the beginning I wanted to get check an ingrown hair in my chin and she didn't really do that. I told you over the phone that your strategy of trying to get customers onboard advertising your so called "30 min" facial is a really bad one, it's calling for trouble, cause your staff is always going to use the excuse "the client needed more work" so we spent more time and for that we will charge them more. Be upfront with your clients and charge more from the beginning. And if tipping is not an obligation then get rid of the sign with your esthetician Venmo accounts for us to tip them, the one located at the front counter, if you don't know what I'm talking about. Other than that you staff was polite as I said it over the phone. And for the last time, no more calls nor texts, just in case.
