Man oh man, talk about bending over backwards! I'm here in Missoula for a month, and shortly…read morebefore arriving I had a front crown fall off. So I called after reading so many positive reviews on yelp, expecting to be turned down, especially after they told me the hygienists are booked out into December. But I explained my situation and they told me to come in the next day(!) so Dr. Felton could check it out and advise me. So I show up the next day (15 minutes late even) and they still took me! I should stop here and say how wonderful every staff member I interacted with was. The front desk person, the dental tech, Dr Felton, all amazing. And the office is big but beautifully appointed and they have all the most current technology and the equipment that it comes with. They can even make crowns on-site and no impressions! They digitally scan my mouth and then fabricate the crown right there! So in 3 days I go in in the morning and walk out in a few hours with a brand new crown. Omg, how I wish I could find a dental practice this good back in Northern California, but I'm still looking. And if you're freaked out about being in the dental chair I can't imaging a better place to go and have your nerves calmed down. This practice is top shelf all the way.

He took the time to work with my insurance company, and made sure that I was financially able to get the neccessary work completed. The office went well beyond past dental experiences I have had with other dentistry offices. He does wonderful work. I am able to smile and feel less self conscious now. Thank You Dr. Bird for the wonderful job you did!

I was a 'drop-in' in a Holiday week and the office staff very courteously was able to fit me in so Dr. Rick's could assess what needed to be done and repair the tooth. Dr. Rick's obviously takes his practice of dentistry very seriously and delivers the finest dental care I have received anywhere in Montana. He is also caring and kind in his approach to patients, as were his staff. If you want the best I cannot recommend Dr. Rick's enough. The office staff and dental asst., were also outstanding. Thank you for the opportunity to offer this recommendation. Dr. JE
