We contacted Lacroix and was told it is not their issue and to contact the manufacturer. Meanwhile we have the constructor waiting to install and a broken shower. We just want to return it and have a proper one. We do not have time to be calling the manufacturer and la croix. Do not buy there. The customer service after sales is better at Rona or Home Depot or Canac at least you can easily return a damaged product!
