My wife discounted that home however, but we came up with a list of other homes we were interested in (this, while still in the U.S.).
A month later, we arrived in San Miguel to see the homes that were on our list in person, only to have Sheryl personally take us to view each home. We decided on a home and went from offer to closing with the greatest of ease.
Every single person we dealt with at the Clark group (Sheryl, Ezra, Ivonne, and Rocio), were fantastic! We felt at times we may have bugged them too much with questions via email, however they always reacted positively, timely, and professionally to each and every question we had.
We flew in on the day of closing to do our final walk thru of what is now our new home in Los Frailes, only to find that Sheryl was there putting the final touches (soap, shampoo/conditioner, tissue paper), as well as making sure we had a clean home with fresh towels and sheets, etc. We knew the house was being sold turnkey (furnished), however Sheryl knew we would be staying there immediately after closing and made it "feel like home" instantly. That, and giving us a gift at closing were most unexpected, yet so greatly appreciated, but more than those things, we believe we have made our first friends in San Miguel with the family of "The Clark Group". Truly, we appreciate the entire group and highly recommend them to everyone!
