Thankfully Hector with HNE Buildings, the subcontractor she uses was pleasant and reasonable. We had issues from the beginning. No communication what so ever after we made our order with Lisa. We waited 9 weeks before we even reached out. We were told we were looked over and she wasn't sure when they could fit us in. Waited another couple days with no phone call to give us any kind of updates on anything. Reached out again and she said the sub would be here. The day comes, my husband takes off half a day to be here, and they show up at 5PM. That left them an hour of day light to work. THEY LEAVE THEIR TRAILER PARKED IN OUR DRIVE WAY WITH NO WAY FOR ME TO LEAVE. I couldn't go to work the next day. We notice blocks have been taken from our own property to try to "level" the building. Yes it was our mistake to not have the ground leveled completely before the install. However, I expect after paying over 4k to have a conversation with me before materials are taken from my property and decided to be used how they see fit. It looked horrible AND the blocks raised the building another 8 inches causing it to touch the power line above. I called Hector to tell him this wasn't going to work. It looks horrible and it is dangerously in contact with the powerline. He didn't know of a solution since the ground wasn't level, so I told him to come get the materials since I couldn't have the powerlines in contact with the carport. Then I call Lisa to explain the situation. The phone call started off with attitude from the start. With her saying "I'm on the other line with Hector, but I want to hear your side of the story first before you hear what I have to say" with a matter of fact tone in her voice. So I start off with explaining the blocks were taken off my property and used to "level" the building- she cuts me off- LET ME JUST STOP YOU THERE. Why wasn't the ground level? She just keeps repeating this and talking over me, not letting me get a word in on explaining the entire situation. She hangs up on me. Calls me husbands phone. I answer. She said I WANT TO TALK TO YOU HUSBAND....I said he is with our child at the moment and her response was: SURELY TO GOODNESS YOU CAN WATCH YOU OWN CHILD....I'm BAFFLED that this company has been in business as long as they have. I'm a customer. I'm paying money for your services. Part of that services should include communication and us being a part of deciding HOW to fix the leveling issue. Thankful for Hector for making it all work in the end. He cut the legs to make it work. I would suggest going directly to HNE Building and Carports. There were mistakes on their part but he had the respect and decency to work with us and never disrespected me during the process.

From explaining every step of the process before he began to making sure we were satisfied and explaining care instructions at the end, Jason was excellent! We are so happy with our new shower! The only reason I didn't give the experience 5 stars is because of being charged $100 interest by Lowe's before we ever saw anything like a product was very disheartening. We plan to pay this off immediately before we end up paying $1000 just for interest. really love the shower though!

We couldn't be…read moremore pleased, especially after getting scammed by the charlatan snake who owns Personalized Roofing, Mr. Wilson gets the job done quickly and efficiently. A large limb damaged one of the roofs shortly after it was installed, and Mr. Wilson came right out and repaired it without charge. It is hard to find an honest roofer, but I can recommend Danny Wilson without qualification.
