Stop C Spire's Abusive Practices - File a Complaint!
C Spire is financially abusing their customers across Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and Florida.

If you are over 65, I would recommend that you ask for a police escort when entering a C Spire store, working with their supervisors, or their technicians. A high number of reports of abuse from all C Spire employees have been reported. Also, their security guards will not get involved when you are threatened by their staff. They will say that they do not want to get involved.
Also, keep in mind that C Spire has no control over the actions of the staff in each of their stores. You are on your own. I was abused while watching C Spire employees take advantage and treat many elders with disrespect while in one of their stores. I was laughed at when I reported the incident to customer service.
Over-billing & auto-pay failures
Unstable service & poor coverage
Rude or useless customer service
Unfair fees for existing customers
Refusal to unlock paid-off phones
Hidden charges & dishonest store practices
This is only the beginning of the offenses that C Spire commits with their customers. Expect to be lied to and accused of breaking your whatever you buy from C Spire because their customary practice is to abuse their customers as much as they can for financial greed.
If C Spire was not hiding BAD REVIEWS on GOOGLE, they would not have taken the Google reviews function off their company sites.
Real examples of C Spire customer abuse:
Gulfport, MS customer charged $50 restock fee for a 1-day-old phone.
Oxford, MS customer: "Auto-pay never works -- exhausted ALL my patience."
D'Iberville, MS customer got a phone repair returned still cracked, refused refund.
Tuscaloosa, AL: City nearly pulled C Spire's permits over customer complaints & damage.
Coast customers: "No reception anywhere -- Tennessee & Florida service worked better than Mississippi!"
This is a pattern of abuse -- not isolated incidents.
