I was selling plasma recently and they had some sort of video recording being made. I assume for advertisement purposes. Camera people and actors walked up and down the isle filming no warning or concent from the donors. At one point a staff member walks to the end of the isle to collect the next donor they lock arms and walk to a bed. This is false advertisement! The staff yells next and you walk to the bed they have pointed at. It seems to be understaffed as most places are and there is only one active bay. When I first started coming here there were 4 bays open all the time. I'm just disappointed and think they should do better! I just heard the manager hollering to another employee " nobody wants her man". Very unprofessional!

They offer scheduled appointments but there is no priority given to schedule vs walk-in. Staff are knowledgeable and talented and do their jobs well. Managers are present but the staff seem to know what to do without them. They are caring to donors and service quality is excellent. When I came back I had to fill out the same paperwork, go through the same screening, see the same movie and read the same folder I already had. They still were having trouble processing me so finally when I came back today, I was supposed to just cruise right to the front of the line... nope. This time the check in kiosk couldn't find any records of my coming there today to donate. So far I've spent 2 weeks just trying to donate plasma. It was a waste of my time. If you decide to do it, I hope they don't waste your time too.

In order to donate here I had to put in a transfer from my previous center, which was accepted within 48 hours, my old center pushed all my information to this location for my first donation. When I arrived they only needed my ID and proof of my new address as I was already in their system. They screened me and I waited in line as per usual. The screeners and front of house staff were incredible nice and helped me through any questions I had involving my transfer. Due to Covid there is sometimes a wait for beds and a line to get stuck. They have arrows on the floor as well as blue "6 foot" distance squares clearly labeled on the floor to help with customer movements through the center. After my screening I waited in one of the chairs they have to offer until a bed opened up for me. The only criticisms that I could make is that their was a wait as I wasn't the only person donating. None of this was their fault as I know it takes a certain amount of time to donate and they have limited beds due to the social distancing guidelines, which they follow very well. I was stuck by a very friendly associate named Kayla who chatted with me about my previous donation experiences out of state. This location utilizes a different type of machine then I had been using before and I completed my donation in 37 minutes on my first visit, which was a minute short of my previous record. The staff was incredibly friendly and stopped by my bed multiple times to make sure everything was going well. The building itself has gorgeous floor to ceiling windows that allow a great amount of natural light into the building. If you have the chance to donate after noon they sometimes have the East facing blinds open which looks out onto a nice wooded area and you almost forget that you're near any other buildings. If you've donated at BioLife before I highly encourage this location! If you've never donated plasma before I would defiantly suggest BioLife over other companies in the area. They even have an app for easy scheduling and to keep you up to date on your balance, promotions, and any general questions you may have.

As we were leaving, multiple regular donors told us this is a common issue here and recommended BioLife Plasma Services instead due to their better staff and overall experience.
