They can process doners much faster with the new machines. All the employees are working very hard to make your time there as smooth as possible. I have donated for 4 years and the process is very quick and efficient. The process will get you in and out in an hour if there are 10 people in front of you. Blood drawn on Valentine's Day, and they had cupcakes for snacks afterwards! I had a cranberry juice and other snack offered while I relaxed for the 15 minutes afterwards in a room with the open layout. Felt good donating and helping out others in need. You never know when you might be the one in need. Glad we have these services available.
