I am not a professional. I am a homeowner. This is a great company to do business with. I have used…read morethem three times now, and I'm always pleased with the quality of the equipment and the great employees. The prices are always fair. The equipment is all new and maintained properly. Everyone at the company is friendly, clean cut, nicely attired. They are on time. Their communication is excellent. They pick up the phone when you call. I rented a mini-excavator recently to do work in my yard. It was virtually brand new. We used it all day. I got the machine stuck in a drainage ditch at 5:30pm. I called the company expecting no one to answer. The owner, Casey Wyatt, picked up the phone. To my astonishment, he said he would be right over. He arrived 10 minutes later and freed the machine in moments. He then asked me exactly what I was trying to accomplish. I explained. He then said, I'm here I'll do it for you. He proceeded to work on MY project for the next hour. He completed in an hour what would have taken me 3. He refused to be paid anything more then the original rental fee. Amazing. Really good people. That's customer service, and that's rare in NC. Thank you Casey Wyatt, Lex and Buck.

Totally get it given the amount of people this is happening to. Monday Morning comes and goes they don't show up and after we call them they say they can't come and don't know when they will be able to, there is no apology for not letting us know ahead of time when we could have been working to get someone else to come in and not estimated time to actually be here. They claim they would call the next day and let us know and guess what again zero contact from them. The communication and customer service is terrible, would not recommend.

I called SERVPRO immediately and they were there within the hour. In fact, they were at my house before I was off the phone with State Farm. They not only did a fantastic job with the cleanup, but went above and beyond to make sure our transaction with State Farm was smooth and seamless. AVOID THIS COMPANY ! ! ! ! It FAILED inspection on Monday Aug 5th for electrical. AC Mechanical has refused to send a tech out to meet the inspector to address these issues. Storm is coming and though I paid nearly 9K almost 6 weeks ago I do not have a functional generator (and I possibly have a SAFETY HAZARD). Spoke with the owner George who takes no responsibility for this situation and says "I can't help what the city does" and "it's not my fault". Contract indicates AC Mechanical handles the installation and inspection (which the generator has FAILED) "not their fault". To add to this already unbelievable service nightmare, the workers as AC MECHANICAL HIT MY CAR causing $4000 worth of damage when they came to install my generator. Yet still they will not fix this problem. DEFINITELY GO WITH JCT ELECTRIC (OR ANYONE BUT AC MECHANICAL) IF YOU'RE LOOKING TO BUY A GENERATOR. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE ! ! ! ! !
