I called theme at least once a month to ask simple questions and towards the end and my wedding was getting closer. They blowup on me and said I was causing issues. I called asking simple questions a paying customer would ask and Ruben took out whatever he and his business was going through at the time. He told me they are extremely overwhelmed and stressed out. Which had nothing to do with me and him and his wife took it out me. There DJ almost wrecked our wedding and kept having extreme issues.
