After hearing very positive feedback from other folks in town we decided to enlist the services of Crystal Northon to sell our old house, and buy our new house. For the overall review, skip to the last paragraph.
Buying:
From the get-go, Crystal was extremely responsive and immediately started sending us listings that met our criteria. She was very patient and accommodating. Anytime we wanted to go see a house she would get us in as soon as she could (usually that same day). We put in an offer on one house but ended up walking away after the inspection. Crystal was super supportive of our decision to back out. We fell in love with the next house we saw, and as soon as we decided to pull the trigger and make an offer, she got the ball rolling immediately. Overall this transaction went very, very well.
Selling:
As soon as we decided to sell our house, Crystal put together a ton of information to help us determine our listing price and got it to us very quickly. She hired a professional photographer to come in and take pictures (they were stunning!) and got the house on the market. She walked us through the process and the transaction was very smooth.
OVERALL:
Crystal is quick, efficient, and very personable. We never felt any pressure from her to make decisions, but she also kept the process moving and made sure that we hit all our deadlines with no issue. Communication was great, and she was very accessible, sending us emails, texts, and calling us with any updates as needed. She worked with our schedules and as I mentioned before, she was extremely patient with both of us. Anytime we needed to meet, she would always make it convenient for us, and we never had to meet her somewhere to make "easier for her."
Most importantly, Crystal was HONEST and very PROTECTIVE of us throughout the entire process. We really felt like she had our best interests in mind, and she made sure that we had all the information we needed to make our best decisions. Crystal was an absolute delight to work with, and if we had to do it all over again, we would call her! read more
