Wish I had found this shop a long time ago. I was going to a shop in Galt for over 10yrs. When my nail gal left, I went looking. After several recommendations, I went to Crystal Nails. What a difference. My nails don't hurt anymore after a fill. My nails look so much healthier since going to Crystal. I have had both Michael & My Lee do my nails and I love them. I have been going here for 5 months now and I loved it there. Today I went in like I usually do with my mom without an appointment and was told to wait 20 minutes so we did. My mom went first and then I waited and waited and waited. The ladies that walked in after me were taken back to get what they wanted done and i was left sitting there. Now an hour later, my moms nails were done and then I was never taken back. I left! I literally sat there all that time. My mom then tells me her nail tech said where her friend was and she says waiting for her dip nails to be done and they told her they didn't have anyone to do dip nails. So I sat there for an hour waiting for them and they never once mentioned not having anyone to do my nails. I will not be returning as this was the absolute worst after 5 months of going to them I got treated this way! read more

I only come here when I don't have time to go to Elk Grove.. The staff is usually grumpy and in a hurry no matter how slow or busy. They make you feel guilty if you use someone else, and talk down on other shops work. The last time I was there the woman got mad at me because I decided to get gel polish after I got my manicure! Then she charged me 5 dollars on top of the gel polish fee... Isn't a manicure included in the gel polish? Oh well. Attitude is everything especially when you run a business. read more

I moved to Galt a year ago and tried every nail shop in town. This shop is by far the best shop to go to. Customer service is on point! They have many selections of color and gel. Leo is the man to go to if you want to get your nails done. He is great with shaping your nails to your preferences to designing them as well. I've been getting my nails done for 5 plus years and had experience all types of services. I highly recommend people to come here. read more

Typically Crystal Nails is always a 5 star, I'm not one to leave reviews or even complain. I have NEVER had an issue at Crystal Nails, it is always my go to because the are so friendly & always do a good job. I went in for a pedicure & got someone I've never had before, haven't even seen her in there before either. She couldn't get my gel off my toes without using a drill, I'm used to them allowing me to sit with acetone on to peel it off. She rushed through the whole pedicure & was so rough. I got the gel on my toes and in the middle of it, she made me turn off my massage chair because it was shaking too much. As she was massaging and went to use the rocks, she dropped it on the floor, picked it back up, rinsed it & used it on me during my 4 minute massage. Like I said, I'm not one to complain, but this last time at Crystal Nails I am really bummed out that I got an experience like that. I guess I should probably make appointments with the ones I am happy with. read more

I've been coming to Crystal Nails for about a year now and I always enjoy my experience. The service is great and friendly, all my pedicures are amazing, and the atmosphere is really relaxed and fun. When you walk in everyone is talking and laughing and its really refreshing. There has been many times when I've gotten pedicures at other places and my cosmetologist never said one word to me and it felt awkward but when you come here it's the exact opposite. I highly recommend Crystal nails to anyone and not only that, their prices are pretty sweet and very reasonable. read more

The other day I went in there after having a long day to get my nails done for an interview and I didn't really have the money to get them done so I was going to go the cheaper route . A lady that was getting her toes done paid for my nails and instructed them not to let me know until she left. I want to think that lady I do not know who you are but you made a horrible day way better and I did end up getting the job and I will pay it forward! My nails look great and the staff there is amazing and wonderful and kind and funny. Went in this morning with 2 gals to get manicures done. This was going to be a great start to our girls weekend. We all started at the same time, when I was done, I looked at the other girls and saw they were getting massages. Did I get one ? Nope! The guy who worked on me was aware I was unhappy that I didnt get one and never once did he offer to correct the situstion. Never said sorry or offer a massage. If I could give a minus 5 stars I would. Went in asking for gel polish on my toes left with it on my fingers and regular polish on my toes. When I went back to get the situation fixed they wanted to charge me more. Wtf. Then told me come back and they would do it next time. There will be no next time. And the guy told me if I didn't like it to go Some where else... not good customers service at all.. Lynn was right there I said you are going to let him talk to your customers that way... ?? The people are all friendly and accommodating. The nail shop was very clean. Their manager was very helpful. They have plenty of colors.

I stopped by right after I got off work today. I usually get my nails done in my home town of tracy but since I was in halt for work I figured I would try this place out. When i walked in I was greeted with a very cold hello. There was only one lady working.g and she did have a client so I could understand she may have felt stressed. After I had stood there a bit she finally asked if she could help me. I asked if she'd have time for a mani and she responded very bluntly with a no. So I said ok, thanks and left. It seemed like I was an inconvenience to her. I am glad she didnt have time for me because it would have made for a very uncomfortable nail session. Very poor customer service. read more

You walked in and wanted a wax, when they said they were busy and could you come back in 45 minutes, you said he was rude and you were going to drive to elk Grove. I think they will be better off without you in their shop. You could have made an appointment when you came in like most off us or came back. I love this shop and everyone in it. read more
