I especially loved their technique for massaging the neck and glutes. I felt so refreshed and HEALED after my 60 minutes (not 50 minutes) session. I also loved that I was able to walk in to get a massage; some places require you to book an appointment 1 to 2 months in advance. SO convenient that I can get a massage as needed. I'm cancelling my 13 year membership at Massage Envy and planning to come back here whenever I need a great massage. Honestly, the quality of the massage I received was as good as the ones at high end places that charge twice as much. I wasn't too thrilled about how the place looks from the outside; I almost cancelled and drove back home. She allowed me to switch to a table massage instead of the originally planned Thai massage, and even consulted with him while I was changing to make sure I was okay keeping the appointment and wasn't just being polite. She was just really concerned that I would be uncomofortable and wouldn't get the most out of the massage. That actual massage was amazing! She used an excellent amount of pressure (I like really intense pressure) and basically worked through 2 years worth of postdocing-in-a-pandemic stress that has accumulated in my shoulders, lol. At the end, she wished me happy birthday and gave me a little trinket souvenir from Thailand. So sweet! I am sad that I didn't find Anicha sooner since I am moving out of MPLS, but I highly recommend her if you are looking for a really nice, deep, effective massage.

Great pressure level, very comfortable the whole time. I had seen someone go in the spa ahead of me but it was so quiet you'd never know anyone else was there. Please note you can add tip on a card should you pay with one: there is a 4% fee for card transactions. They do notify you of this ahead of time, and that cash is preferred, but no guilt should you prefer to pay with card (like I do).
