I was determined to NOT have to head out to Harwin and ordering them online was not an option solely due to time constraints. My usual vendor couldn't get them to me in time... I emailed the company the night prior to confirm the availability of what I needed and received a very quick response to my inquiry early the next morning! I made the trek to their warehouse and picked up what was needed and went on my way! The staff - every single one of them - were super courteous, extremely professional, and very accommodating! I'll definitely make them my go-to, especially on short notice! They may even shove my Cali vendor out the door! ;-) The prices aren't unreasonable and the bags seem to be pretty well made. I purchased the matte versions of what I needed - a case of 100 was $86 for a 16" euro bag. Oh - and the tissue paper was reasonably priced also. For 480 sheets, it was $27! From retail to restaurant supplies - they definitely have a vast assortment. If you need it, chances are - they'll have it! The only con I have is the location. It's in Canino's Farmer's Market. Getting to it for the first time was a bit confusing since it's actually next door to the market entrance (it's in the very back of the delivery side) but now that I know where it's at - no problems. A great experience nonetheless!

(Sorry, but they didn't tell me that when I ordered and that's why I didn't give them 5 stars.) Our $60 item came this morning, delivered efficiently and with a friendly smile. Orders over $300 are free, but the reasonable $7 delivery charge was acceptable as it was a heavy 1000' roll of paper. Seems that this family-owned company is pretty employee-friendly. It's run by a second generation daughter who treats employees well. You get an extra paid day for taking your birthday off and they pay you $50 for every vacation day you didn't take that year. Who does that?!!?

They are a local chain with multiple locations throughout Texas, founded nearly 50 years ago and still run by the same family. This location in the Greater Heights area is one of 4 in Houston. Whether it's a fridge on wheels, disposable plasticware, or a nacho cheese dispenser they really have it all. They have commercial grade fryers, heat lamps, all kinds of specialty cutlery, kitchen apparel (#1), sanitation supplies, massive food scales, and so many interesting things that aren't available in most stores. I have only come away from here for utensils and table coverings, but I could envision so much more. Everything can be ordered online through their website for delivery and pickup. Shipping is surprisingly free and the customer service is on point for both the staff in store and the folks handling the online orders. I think the prices are another selling point as what's advertised online is what will be sold in the store. Whether I need a BBQ grill and metal stools for my next patio event or buffet trays for a special occasion, I know what to expect in the future for this stellar local service. __________ (#1) Chef's hats? The staff at this…read morelocation are amazing - everyone is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable about their product. I have never tried on clothes from Mizzen+Main up to that point and ended up spending over an hour in there! Extremely high quality and breathable material clothes... loved how their trim polos fit and liked that they offer no-tuck dress shirts (especially great for shorter guy.. couldn't be me of course :P ). Their shorts were also comfortable and look great - they have more casual and then more formal offerings. Definitely recommend y'all checking this place out! Note - the clothes here ain't cheap, but if you can afford it seems totally worth it for the quality and what I would think is good durability.

There are many different styles and colors to choose from. I had a little bit of difficulty shopping online, so it was nice to be able to go into the store and actually touch and feel some of the products. I actually found this location as a happy accident as I was walking by on my way to another store. They have several different textures that they use for their shirts, including a more hot-weather-friendly one for spring and summer that I ended up buying. Overall, they have a lot of really fun prints and there's definitely something there for everyone. The store attendant, Jonny, was incredibly kind and helpful in assisting me to find what I was looking for. He was able to answer all of my questions and make suggestions that ended up helping me with my purchase. Highly recommend.

I'm genuinely so surprised by the reviews I'm reading here. I will absolutely not negate or…read moredownplay anyone else's experience. I will say though that it is completely different from the experience I had. I came in on a Wednesday morning for my friend's birthday. We didn't schedule a set appointment, but they did know we planned on coming in. We worked directly with Lauren and only Lauren the entire time. I felt like she was genuinely consulting with us about what would look best and what we should probably stay away from. I appreciate this so much with a business like this. It instills a level of trust that doesn't make you feel like they're just trying to make a sale. Lauren ensured we both understood the healing process and everything that was associated with each piercing we were considering so we could make the best decision for ourselves. It was so refreshing for me since I've had awful piercing experiences in the past. I really felt taken care of. I felt like she was extremely safe and everything was properly sterilized. I decided to do my conch and third holes in both lobes. To my surprise, it didn't even hurt! The only reason I'm not giving the full five stars is due to pricing. I do feel like this business is expensive. I didn't have any pricing information before beginning the process. I do know part of it is my fault for not asking if specific earrings had a different price point, but I also feel it should be a little more transparent up front! I did just get them this week, so I can't attest to the healing process yet. It did hurt to see one earring cost me $130. If they heal well then I am extremely happy to have had such a good experience.

IN MY OPINION DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE…read more I booked my appointment for free piercing wednesdays which waived the $15 piercing fee. For two jewelry flatbacks and a small can of neil med saline spray, my total came out to $235. After doing more research, in my opinion, i would suggest and encourage you to NOT go here! This place has allegations of using aliexpress jewelry, their jewelry not being properly sanitized (in my experience, the piercer pulled the jewelry out of a drawer then opened the sterile package- it was not put in a sterilization machine), and there is no proper info on what their jewelry is made of or where they get it. I would not come back here! Please just go to a reputable piercing shop in houston!
