I can't say enough good things about T and L Roofing in Fayetteville, TN. From the very beginning,…read morethey were on time, courteous, and willing to answer every question I had. They made the whole process easy and stress-free. I especially want to recognize the two men who installed my roof. They worked so hard in the blazing heat and even kept going through the rain without complaining. Their work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail were truly impressive. You could tell they cared about doing the job right, not just getting it done. It's rare to find people who take so much pride in their work and treat their customers with kindness and respect. My new roof looks fantastic, and I couldn't be happier with the results. I would recommend T and L Roofing to anyone who needs a roof and wants honest, dependable people who stand behind their work. Thank you for a job well done!

My previous home had an old roof with problematic skylights and a leaky chimney, they fixed me up for a fair price and I never had issues with that roof again. We just bought a new home and had 256Roofers replace the roof, and it was a great experience start to finish. The new roof is rock solid and very appealing, the work is clearly professional and of the highest quality. Fair priced, timely, high-quality craftsmanship, detailed cleanup, and great communication and customer service throughout. I really appreciate the work these guys have done for me and my family, use them if you want it done right.

256 Roofers put the wrong style of roof on our sunroom. They used modbit on a sunroom and only…read morebonded it with a heat gun the size of a hairdryer when it really needed an industrial blow torch. They also ripped two screens on our sunroom and never replaced them (we had them replaced through another vendor). After they removed the old roof and replaced it, it started to hold water the next day and my sunroom looked like a waterfall. After 4 days of using a tiny heat gun they left. Another week or so went by (we had no rain) and it was fine until it started to rain again. We had over a foot of water at the top of the roof. 5 other roofing companies have come out and looked at the mess they have made. They have all said it was the wrong style roof, it did not need rafters as it is a sunroom, it did not need joists or beams in the room if the correct roof had been put on properly. 256 decided to walk away from this roof and did not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. They said they never received funding approval, but I have since found out that they did. Now, the roof has 9+ inches of water and is fully caving in (see photos of progress) as we are still trying to find a roofer who will actually work on the mess 256-Roofers LLC left behind.

Our experience with Daniel was great. Last winter we had…read morewater damage from frozen pipes in the upstairs bathroom. The water ran full force for 10 minutes. After temporary piping repairs and we ran fans for a week with extra heat going before the ceiling downstairs finally dried. We've had insurance claims before but mostly exterior and roofing. That usually involves 1 or 2 skill trades handled by your roofer. This was very different. We knew repairs would involve flooring, cabinetry, sheetrock, additional plumbing, ceiling resurfacing along with painting. I was a bit overwhelmed. After expressing concerns with my Travelers Insurance adjuster he recommended a complete restoration service through Westhill Global. That led us to a local company, GWC Restoration. Daniel put us at ease after assessing the repairs needed. He was very patient with us carefully explaining the complex claims documents as well as delaying start until our son moved from upstairs. Daniel handled everything including the flooring installers from Madison Flooring and Paint. The finished product looks great. We highly recommend Daniel Cantor at GWC.
