If you proceed, get clear contracts and milestones in writing, tie payments to verifiable progress, DO NOT pay him upfront, and be prepared for limited communication.

I contacted him to come repair it. He came out to see what repairs were needed. He made several appointments to complete the repair and then wouldn't show up to actually do the work. He gave excuse after excuse. Eventually, I had a separate business make the repairs. This contractor is unreliable, does terrible work, and is not worth the time and money!!

At the time of acquiring this equipment, it was under different ownership. Once time came to remove the fence, new ownership was in progress. When I called for removal, I immediately got into contact with Misty (who is wonderful and extremely responsive). We needed this equipment removed straight away and Misty wasted no time whatsoever. The turnaround time she provided for us (even though she did not necessarily bring this equipment to the job originally) was immediate and extremely helpful. Not to mention, this was right at Thanksgiving. From what I understand, Misty and Aaron are the new owners of this business and based on my brief interaction with them, we will certainly be using them in the future whenever location of jobs permits.
