    50/50 with CBR and Bruschetta
    Emily C.

I love Crust & Craft. They have a great variety of pies on the menu, and everything I've tried is very well executed. My favorite is definitely the CBR (chicken bacon ranch), but I'll keep trying the others as well. They are all crispy, well-topped, and have good tasting sauce (which can really make or break a pizza). All the staff I've interacted with are super friendly. They forgot to bring our drinks until our food arrived last time, but were at least very apologetic about it. The restaurant was totally empty other than us, and this was easily preventable if our waitress had dropped by between orders and food, but things happen I guess. It was just water, so I can live with it. Other than that, I've had no issues. The interior is also nicely done. Very clean, very spacious, casual but classy.

Joined two fellow elites as they signed up for the Elite event, but Ive been so swamped I didn't sign also sign up and became a game time decision to join. Sat outside on a lovely day, tha patio is a perfect spot. Ordered a draft beer and it came out crispy and cold. We shared the Garlic Cheesey Pie and added cloves of garlic. This was super tasty. We all shared the pistachio salad which was nice. We also shared a Rosa and Ranchero, both were very good. I would like to come back to try some other unusual pies, the butter chicken, fireside paneer, and the stinger all sounded good. Def will come back semi soon to try new pizzas.

I had a great experience at Crust & Craft. The service really stood out. Everyone was friendly and attentive. The space inside feels expansive with the high ceilings. Plus the bar and outside seating area seemed nice too! Their wood fire pizza is some of the best I have had in the Triad. Particularly, 'The Triad' pizza is a standout with the cupped pepperoni and sausage. The fresh herb as garnish is a great touch. The crust was crispy with just the right amount of char from the oven. Thin too, not thick. The ingredients seemed of good quality. They also had Pernicious IPA on draft, and it was spot on. Cold!! I was torn between it and the Tropicalia. The waitress said the Tropicalia was finished, so Pernicious it was. No regrets. Good lineup of food and drinks.

Upon arrival we were seated immediately. It was busy and the waitress visited the table quickly. I told her I was with Yelp. She took our drink orders and allowed us time to view the menu. She answered my questions in reference to the menu and the 50/50 pie. I really like that you were able to get any of the pizzas on the 50/50 pie. We decided on the CBR and the Margherita pizza. I had my margherita made with and olive oil base. It's a nice atmosphere and seems to be like a great place to come on a Friday or Saturday night. They have a bar and variety of on and off tap beers, wine and cocktails. They also have a nonalcoholic drink menu as well. The pizza was delicious. I really enjoyed the buttery crust the crunch. It wasn't heavy and had great flavor. The 50/5 gave us 3 slices each which was just enough. Thanks again YELP for opportunity to try a new spot!

Stopped in for the first time ever and I was not disappointed! Will be back for sure! It was a nice day, so we sat outside on the patio. 10/10 recommend! The patio are isn't huge but on a nice day, it's the best experience. I ordered GF cheese pizza and I was happily surprised that they had cooked my pizza on a separate tin pan keeping it separate from the gluten crust. This is amazing service for someone with gluten issues. Will be adding this into my regular rotation for sure!

Just as good if not better than the legacy Brixx spot! Grabbed a couple pies and a salad to-go and just the smell before we even got to dive-in was truly telling of the experience to come! The pizza smelled so good - tasted even better!! I think there's a saying - or maybe it's science - about smelling good before you taste it ...or ...you taste it before you eat it by smelling...??? IDK! BUT! I do know these pies & this salad were all I wanted and more!! Cue the butter chicken on repeat - highly recommend if you like Indian food!! Equally as good was the Stinger - but differently good! It's noted. Go here for pizza!!

Crust & Craft was such a pleasant surprise! Walking in, I realized it used to be Brick's Pizza, but the upgrade is beautiful--high ceilings, clean, and just an overall inviting vibe. The hostesses were warm and welcoming right away, and honestly, that energy carried throughout the whole staff. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be there, which made the experience even better. We started with the buffalo chicken dip--super flavorful and clearly a crowd favorite because I finished every bite . If I had one tiny suggestion, I personally love a little more texture in my dip (maybe some chunks of rotisserie chicken as an option?), but it was still delicious as-is. The bruschetta? AMAZING. I even took some home and made my own baguette slices to enjoy it again later. For the main, we got the Triad pizza and WOW... definitely a must-order. That alone is enough to bring me back. And the cinnamon whiskey sour? So good we ordered it twice. It's actually me and my fiancé's signature drink, and they were kind enough to accommodate us with a little grenadine on the side--loved that touch. Overall, great atmosphere, great service, clean space, and everything smelled incredible the moment you walk in. Perfect spot for a date night, family outing, or just a chill night with friends. I'll definitely be back for that whiskey sour and the Triad pizza--and to try something new next time!

This is the new pizza place at what was previously Brixx before a franchising dispute of some sort caused the Brixx to close. The menu and staff are essentially the same as before when this was a Brixx location, with some small additions and some small subtractions - notably one big subtraction other guests were mentioning is the breadsticks which are now gone. The pizza I got was basically identical to the Brixx pizza I have had here only recently. The online menu for Crust and Craft is from an unrelated location outside of NC so it does not match up with the menu at this new Greensboro location. One thing I did note was that the bar seemed to have a bit more, slightly higher end bottles vs. when I had been to Brixx in the past, so they may be upping their game a little in that department. Overall my impression is that the prices are slightly higher but not much. Given how the prices everywhere are going up, the little bump isn't out of line with similar places but I hope it doesn't continue to creep up.

From the moment you walk in, the place just feels good--clean, warm, and inviting without trying too hard. The staff are incredibly sweet and genuinely helpful, and they actually know the menu and give great recommendations. There's a cozy dining room inside and a large outdoor patio with plenty of seating, so you don't feel cramped at all. Parking is easy, which is always a plus. The menu has a great selection, including vegetarian options and really good desserts. I had the sweet tea and it was perfect--not overly sweet, just right. They also have a nice variety of wine, beer, and mixed drinks, so there's something for everyone. I ordered the buffalo chicken wood-fired pizza, and as a New Yorker, I take pizza seriously. This one was light, crispy, and well-balanced--not greasy or overloaded. You can really taste the difference from the wood-burning oven. Overall, great atmosphere, great service, and great food. I'd definitely recommend it and will be going back.

    Garlic cheesy pie
    Dhruv S.

I had a great experience! It was my first time here and the pizzas were just like Brixx! Love the fact that they have outdoor seating so you can enjoy this beautiful weather! I got a half and half pizza, half was the fireside paneer and then half was the ranchero pizza. For an appetizer we got a garlic cheesy pie, honestly we didn't taste much garlic but other than that it was good! I love that they have this option so you can try two different pies. What kept bringing me back to brixx was the crust and crust and craft have not dropped a beat. The only thing I'd recommend and my friend I went with too, the pizzas need more sauce. Kendall was our server and she was amazing! Pizzas came out quick, and Kendall was on point! Thank you!!

If you want cold beer and good pizza, you need to hit this place. My recommendation is to stay away from the Indian-inspired pizzas. It just didn't seem to work for me, even though I love Indian food so, so much. In pizza form, it just did not work. Instead, get something more traditional, and you'll be as happy as can be. The place was very clean, and I appreciated the good service.

    50/50 CBR and Meat Feast
    Lindsey B.

After a fantastic experience at a Yelp event here a few weeks ago, I was eager to return to Crust & Craft. For this trip I ordered the 50/50 pizza- half Chicken bacon ranch (CBR) and half meat feast. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either but the CBR takes the cake. Both options were well topped, tasted amazing, and baked relatively quickly. From ordering to pizzas in hand our wait was less than 15 minutes. Granted, the restaurant was very empty on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, that wait time is also how long it took to receive our drink orders. The waitress was extremely apologetic and brought out waters soon after, but this would have been disappointing if it had been soda or other drink ($4). Based on my previous experience, I will call this a one-off occurrence and say that I will absolutely be back! Looking forward to trying more delicious combinations!!

Such a cute new spot! The ambiance is inviting and the pizza is chefs kiss. Excellent size for one person. Service was average during this visit, nothing to write home or a review about. Give it a try for sure if looking for some fancy pizza in the area!

The vibe here reminds me of "Cheers," where everyone knows your name. The restaurant is in a 1950s renovated service station and was transformed into a neighborhood bar. I like the large glass windows and copper ceiling tiles in the dining area. There is a bar next to the dining area, and some outdoor seating, too. They even have a parking lot in the front and another in the back of the restaurant. You seat yourself, and someone will bring you a menu. Since I discovered this hidden gem a few years ago, when all the other restaurants were closed around New Year's Eve except for Corner Slice and Fisher's Grill, I make a point of returning again and again, as I just love it here. It is usually my first stop in town, and I look forward to my large margherita pizza with balsamic glaze. I'm not sure why I look at the menu, as I always order the same thing. But I am still given time to look over the menu, just in case. The pizza has a thin, crispy crust that was so good I managed to eat all but two slices! I highly recommend adding the glaze; it really makes the flavors pop. A lot of the specialty pizzas are named after neighborhood streets. The Elm, Bessemer, Hendrix, Leftwich, Isabel, and Magnolia. The Park and Fishers Finest are named after the area. The neighborhood bar has 14 rotating beer taps. There is a large selection of appetizers, including wings, grilled cheese, chicken tenders and some dips. If you aren't in the mood for pizza, they have a good variety of salads and subs.
