When you question it, they tell you to get professional help. When there's a leak in the plumbing, expect to pay the extra water bill. When the heat is broken, expect to pay for it. They make appointments at their convenience then don't even show up. I've never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. I'd live in a tent before recommending anything they own. And Fenzel, don't even try the "we don't have a record"because I have all the texts and emails from you to back it up. And don't share any of our full names and info like you did others.
