She's been in business as an agent for the past 30 some years. She nicely laid out a number of different options for an Alaskan trip. Finally she told us of a Mexico trip which she does every year for spring break. Chris booked our trip and gave us 2 options for a rental car. She had not properly vetted both rental companies and the one we chose cancelled our car 24 hours before our trip. Chris found us another car but we had to pay $1600 up front for a 3 day rental and then hope we got reimbursed from the booking agency she used for the cost difference. When I complained she blamed me for choosing the wrong car rental agency! I will never use Cruise Connections again and could never recommend them due to this unprofessional behavior. We had a large group going to Mexico for a destination wedding. Our all inclusive was not all inclusive once we arrived at our resort. Our flights were changed 2 times and ended up more expensive than we thought. Our ocean view room was on the other end of the resort away from the rest of party and faced the sewage pits down the road. In addition, we had a 4 foot cement wall on our patio and two large palm trees block our "ocean view". The travel insurance we purchased was not any help to us and a big wasted expense.
