This is by far and without question, my favorite hotel in Queretaro and I have stayed at over 10. I spent 100 days here last year.
The staff is fantastic. The day manager leads the team by example as the day and afternoon/evening team are so very accommodating, friendly and welcoming. They go out of their way to make you comfortable.
The breakfast is also the best in the city. Lupita will make eggs to order better than you can yourself. There is a fresh tortilla bar where they make tortillas every morning. The wait team are so kind and take care of you every time. The breakfast bar is extensive! Many local dishes available and a huge selection of fruit including papaya, pineapple, berries and melon. Cereal, breads, beans meats, pancakes, mole' (excuse the spelling). If you have status, there is a free managers welcome from 6-8 daily where I have dinner and drinks most of the time.
The location is a $4 Uber ride to the historical center. It is a 20-30 minute walk to the aqueduct or the historical center.
The decor is a little dated and could use a restoration but the beds are comfortable and the rooms are large. The view from the city side is spectacular.
I highly recommend this location read more
