I am a new client who made a pre-paid booking for eyelash extensions with Sahar via their website, and received an email confirmation for this Saturday 9.30am.
This morning I phoned Crown regarding a query about my appointment, and was told by a woman that Sahar's earliest appointments actually begin from 11am, and that Sat 11am is already taken.
Surprised, I explained that I'd made my booking online, made payment, and received a confirmation. Without so much as an acknowledgement or apology for the trouble it would have caused me had I shown up at 9.30am Sat, she just brushed me off and said, "So when do you want to come in?"
I replied that she doesn't seem to understand that their website is allowing clients to make payments and bookings for appointments that do not even exist, and that Crown needs to fix this problem.
Brushing me off again and raising her voice, she said, "Yes, yes. It's because you've never been here before and don't understand our schedule. So when do you want to come in?"
Seeing that she had no intention of doing anything about their faulty online booking service, I asked to speak with the owner. She became agitated, shouting, "Why do you want to talk to her? She is not here today! You have such negative energy, you should go somewhere else! I don't have time for this, I'm very busy!" And with that, she slammed down the phone.
Shocking unprofessionalism and rudeness, considering Crown has taken payment for the treatment and confirmed a non-existent appointment. Steer well clear of this ghastly establishment. read more
