I got four star treatment here at Crossy's. From beginning to end, they communicated to me everything that was going on... From the estimated and approval to when it was time to pick up. They did an excellent job getting my car fixed and back on the road. I am a stickler about my car and have had bad paint jobs with previously used auto body shops, but that was not the case with Crossy's. The paint job was a perfect match. My car has some metalflack on it so I was worried but the match is dead on perfect. They went above and beyond and even buffed out a place on my door that had nothing to do with my accident damage. My car looked brand new. They were quick too. They did all the upfront work with my insurance company also.
