We absolutely love crossroads in nolensville!! Our puppy Nala gets so excited to go to the vet everytime we go in and we've been in a lot since she's almost 4 months old now Kristen Caslowe is the sweetest, kindest and most knowledgeable vet in town! We love her and Nala loves her. The other staff is all really great too and always so welcoming everytime we go in. We are soo happy we found this place and will never go anywhere else!

Cost of routine vaccines (2 pups) minus $38 for nail trim and gland expression for one.

Crossroads takes such great care of our pets! Both for veterinary care and kenneling, we always feel our pets are in such good hands.

Crossroads is the best! They always get us right in when we have an issue, and take their time to explain things to us (new doggie parents)

Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital - Impromptu vet visit

Priest Lake Veterinary Hospital

I have a rabbit with a difficult-to-manage eye infection that's required multiple appointments and…read moreantibiotics. Priest Lake has been gracious about fitting me in when symptoms arise and managing when I've been late due to traffic on I-440. The office space is decorated for each holiday, and you can feel that this practice is a priority for all staff. Some of the staff speak Spanish. The payment estimates that they show during the appointment are clear, and Dr. Kopp writes extremely detailed notes to take home about your visit. A UT grad, Dr. Kopp is one of few rabbit specialists in the whole state. Even though my rabbit comes in with eye issues, they do a full exam when he comes in (takes weight, looks at teeth, palpates, etc). All of the techs and Dr. Kopp speak to and handle my bunny with care. Dr. Kopp ensures all pet parents fully understand with the care given and is happy to answer questions. Their website explains well the approach for rabbits specifically. The care is relatively pricey since I have an exotic pet, but I do think Priest Lake gives you what you pay for. This isn't a no-frills practice. Pet parents are welcome to a beverage while you wait. Priest Lake is not a 24/7 emergency vet, so definitely call for an appointment. I've been happy with their hours which are usually until 7pm which suits folks with typical 8-5 schedules.

The service was friendly, thorough and expedient. The vet office is clean and spacious. Prescriptions are filled onsite and an estimate is prepared prior to service, Ample parking and convenient.

I moved from out of state where we used one vet for 5 years so I can only compare that experience…read more This experience exceeded my expectations. Scheduling online was flawless. The initial impression over the phone with staff when they called to confirm my appointment was very friendly and accommodating. I had to reschedule due to a conflict. I believe I spoke with Jen. She was very professional and kind. I got lost on my way and I believe it was Morgan who was patient with me and guided me to their facility. Again, I'm new here and GPS wasn't exactly helpful but Morgan was. They greeted us warm and kindly. The lobby is very spacious. Gives pets room when some are already stressed out. Check in was seamless. They gathered pertinent records for Stella and got us into a room fairly quickly. The vet tech (not sure if that's the proper title) was extremely patient with my skittish yet protective pup. The vet also was patient and very informative. She addressed the vaccines that needed to be done, was very thorough in her examination of Stella and while Stella was taken in the back to have her anal glands expressed, the vet stayed with me and explained her findings, expectations and educated me so I could better understand things going forward. At no time did I feel pressure into being "upsold", as sometimes my previous vet would do. I was able to check out and pay in the room, vs going back out to the lobby and have to struggle and pay while my dog is tugging to get out of there. I received a text the next day following up on Stella, making sure there were no adverse reactions to the vaccines. That was unexpected but very much appreciated! I felt the pricing was a tad bit higher than I'm used to but I would gladly pay a little more to experience exceptional client service and know that Stella is in good hands.

Ultra High Prices. Got a dental cleaning quote for $2200…read more Checked around. Value Vet quote was 700 after complete inspection. Others under $1000. Nipper Corners is a cheap neighborhood. If this was Main Street historic Franklin, maybe!
