Taylorsville N.C 28681 Telling me my Truck was finished and ready for pick up, approximately 13min later after i arrived their to pick up my Truck no one was there but my keys were lying in the seat of my truck, while waiting for someone to return i raised the hood of my truck to veiw the installation of the front Mag-Flow Catalytic Converter and install of the intermittent pipe that i purchased from Summit Auto and noticed that my brand new Radiator fan i installed several months prior had nicks on around the propeller fins something that was not on the propellers prior to me bringing my truck to Larry's Muffler Shop, after 40mins had past eventually the front desk clerk show's up, but no Machanic's . Apparently everyone left hoping that by leaving the keys in the truck that i would just leave, but i have paid for the installation yet, while that plan didn't work for them it gave me just enough time to inspect their poor quality of work. When i went inside to pay i questioned what happened to my radiator fan, of course she says no one shared with her their was a problem and that no Machanic's here to ask what happened, and my response to her was were are all the Machanic's , she said they have went to lunch, i proceeded to pay and the Total amount $ 243.70 Amount quoted $169.28 1 week prior, so i paid the amount and told the clerk i was going to wait for the return of the owner and the Machanic's since he allows everyone to leave for lunch. Another 30mins had past and the owner and the Machanic's never show's back up from lunch, i waited a total of 1HOUR and 15mins Max from the time i received a call from the clerk and then telling her I'm own my way now and she never told me she was leaving, and while i was waiting for the Machanic's to return from lunch she leaves with me and my brother being the only ones there in the parking lot of the shop , game recognized ......... Meanwhile 3 days later driving down Interstate 40West i here a loud noise as if something broke off underneath my vehicle, immediately turn off onto hwy 21 after leaving the Truck stop and arrived at Meineke's Tire & Auto to have my truck checked out and a Machanic brought out to their shop to show me, that whoever last worked on my vehicle had left a wrench on top of the Radiator Shroud and went to crank the truck up and forgot to remove the wrench and that wrench got caught in the fan motor and nicking the fin propellers and seizing the Motor, and that the loud noise i heard was from the wrench bouncing off into hitting one of the A/C Refrigerant pipes and breaking it off hitting somewhere else and dropping off onto Interstate 40 and the Machanic said, if i have problems with my Radiator or the Motor to bring it back to them and they would write a repair cost. Since then I've purchased a new Radiator and radiator fan and a used Refrigerant pipe because i was unable to locate a brand new one. I pray that anyone who reads this Review will evaluate their decision if you have never had any work done at Larry's Muffler Shop at 1710 OLD WILKESBORO RD, TAYLORSVILLE N.C 28681 before, i paid for all of my parts Mag-Flow Catalytic Converter that only came with the top gasket and not the bottom gasket $653.67 and intermittent pipe $91.73 and they had to order a bottom gasket, and they also removed the SHEILD on the exhaust and was told when they installed it back on to clean it, but of course they didn't put the SHEILD back on leaving my floor board to produce a large amount of heat directly onto my floor board. Do you think I've received a call from this company. OF COURSE NOT, BUT I LET THEM KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY DID, AND IF OWNER AND THE MACHANIC'S AND THE FRONT DESK CLERK CAN SLEEP AT NIGHT THEN THATS ON THEM , BUT I KNOW I WILL SLEEP A WHOLE LOT BETTER THAN ANYONE OF THEM... GOD BLESS!!!!!!

Was a sun roof problem and directed them to look there. When we went to pick up the car Ronnie was in hospital. His son delivered the car to me. What we got was now a wet sunroof headliner that was already sagging. When I pointed it out to him, his response was "We are not in the sunroof business." When I reminded him how much they were paid to fix the problem, his response was: "I wouldn't have paid that much for this car" and he walked away. I swear I am not making this up. I wrote a letter to Ronnie and never heard back. I took the car to another body shop and they pointed out some other problems. Seems the detailer used too powerful vacum to try to pull moisture from the door panels and now the fabric in the door panels is sagging. Headliner job wasn't that great either. All in all, I spent a lot of money and only one of serveral problems was corrected right. I value good service and will write wonderful reviews when I receive it. and when I experience this kind of poor service others should know too. Ronnie works hard. His son will ruin the business if he takes over. I suspect Ronnie was never given my letter--he is the kind that would have called me back.
