I received a bill for charges for other things that I am not aware of him doing. I called the office to ask and was told that those charges was what he put in his notes. I AM NOT AWARE of any other things being done to me besides the adjustment and massage gun. President put out an executive order that patients should know charges in advance so as to NOT receive surprise bills and decide if they want to have procedures done since the patient is the one paying the charges. I could not get any care or attention from my PCP - including even an x-ray, much less an MRI. Dr. Connie did x-rays and took the time to get an MRI approved, then get me in for my MRI on an emergency basis. Ultimately, I have a disc protrusion at L5-S1 with the disc touching the S1 nerve root, which will require surgical intervention. She also referred me to a neurosurgeon for consult. In the interim, she continues to treat me and offers what pain relief she is able to give, which helps. She is VERY knowledgeable and I trust her guidance. The staff is always friendly and caring, eager to help and genuinely interested in how you are feeling. Excellent group!!!

Typical doctors office, nothing wrong. Fill out papers have a associate take you to a room and ask some more questions. Then the doctors Ms. Leblanc comes in and asks about X-rays, I won't need them it'll show the same thing, I need manual therapy and an adjustment. She fires back with "ill determined that" now hold on. If I know my body and what works... the X-rays will show the same thing as they always do. Nothing. Because what works for me is some graston, cupping, getting in there and really digging out the tissue then maybe my body would adjust a little easier. They "warmed" me up by a roller bed... which is like a 3 year old using a roller stick on your back. CANT FEEL IT! Then did some typical stretches that you can do by yourself. Adjusted me... barely. I can to the AC joint adjustment on a wall... then stim machine. Meh. Usually makes me feel worse. So just because my occupation said I was in sales... get to know your patient. Maybe you'd realize even though I don't have a chiro degree I still understand the body... MY BODY. And what works for it. Spend time with them, get to know that... sugar and grains and dairy give me headaches.... very inflammatory to the body... I mentioned tendonosis in my elbow... go get in there with some manual therapy and start working on it. She didn't touch it! You are a number here... not a patient. That's a lot to read. But don't waste your money. Or time. $177 bucks out the window... LITERALLY FEEL THE SAME after walking out.

Now I'm know better than to get an adjustment just before or during a trip. But I was in a bad way. So we found a place called the joint chiropractic. I had seen the signs in Oklahoma and I thought they must be a chain of offices. So my wife and I both decided to go get checked out. Dr Jeremy seen me, and Dr Ashley seen my wife. I'm going to tell you, I was the best experience at an office that either one of us has had.With out totally ripping you apart, you will have joints move that from previous visits at other Doctors can't get.They work you over and have half the results. These folks are lower impact but major results. Now that's not to say you won't have pain from the adjustments because you will. But the bottom line is I would trade the pain I had for the pain I have now anytime. Make sure to use ice and anti inflammatory for the pain. I will also say that I joined up for the package. I will stay on top of my care from now on. They take walk ins, they are open 6 days a week. Pretty amazing place.
