The worship is ok but is more like a performance than going before the throne. The teaching was basic without much depth. It's a big church to get lost in. I'm sure there are some wonderful people there but it would take quite awhile to find them and we are just ready to jump in somewhere and be about our Father's business.

I want to leave Sunday worship challenged by the sermons, so I can reflect and apply the message to my life --and I do! I have met many new and now good friends in study and support groups as well as working together to meet the needs of our neighbors in many different and life-giving ways here and as far away as Malawi. The youth help build Habitat homes and assist in many projects in Woods Work summer trips and younger children enjoy summer music and art camps. Families learn together and enjoy so many activities together. There really is a place for anyone who seeks to deepen their faith and make new friends here - my family has! The gentleman who led the tour was very knowledgeable and humorous. This church has been at the center of Annapolis history for several centuries. It is a beautiful spot to begin your walking tour of the historic area, and then you can move on to the State House. Don't miss the two Tiffany windows. Well worth a stop.
