I'm lucky enough to have health cover through work and Janice was listed on their recommended Therapists and with the Therapy Centre being very accessible to my house that was all the better. The Therapy centre is very clean and well maintained and all the staff i have had experience with have been friendly & professional. My initial consultation took about 40 mins and Janice assured me all the information given was relevant to ensure the correct points were stimulated in the actual treatment. I'm usually a bit of a wuss when it comes to needles but out of 6 sessions I have only felt about 5/6 of the needles being inserted (on average I have 15/20 needles inserted) as they are that fine & Janice is very good at her job in making me feel relaxed and at ease with the process.
