It's a hazard waiting to happen..pool area,the ceiling is falling in...so water leaks into the pool…read morewhen its raining...staff was rude..the staff actually park on handicap ramp so people can't get in...they could back up but they don't...the handicap spaces aren't by the ramp either...so the ramp that's blocked is the only way to get in for us... when I said something about staff parking on the ramp they said I was lying that it was another customer that's parked there...I saw the staff park there and I told her to..so as i was leaving the same staff member pulled into.the same spot..so i pointed to the the person and told her she just parked there again.. except now she says it's not marked as a handicapped spot so they can park there..I told them that it's the only spot handicapped people can get into the building...and that theyll be fixing the parking lot and redesignating the spots and marking it so the disabled sots will be in the right spots...so I asked when did she think they'd be redoing the parking lot and was told some time in the next two years...I asked to talk to the manager and she said she was the manager and that I wouldn't be the first person to complain and I won't be the last...rude rude rude... I don't know how anyone would want to go use them when there are so many other gyms out there that are in Great condition and nice people... unfortunately I haven't been back since that day ....the owner needs new staff that's for sure
