Staff are there during the day and offer some great advice. The gym is newer, equipment is clean and modern and the prices are great! Much cheaper than a traditional gym and they can direct debit a fortnightly membership fee from your account or credit card. However, the gym can get pretty busy and crowded between 6:00-8:30pm.
