Can never cancel your membership!!! In 2021, join and paid for a trainer at this location. Location…read moreseemed fine and trainer was great. However, after 1 year, my schedule hadn't been allowing me to go so I decided to cancel. I was told by home office that I had to go into my home gym and cancel. So I did. I met with the trainer, completed all the forms presented to me on their computer and left. I never went to the gym again. Only to find out 3 months later they were still charging my credit card. I call home office and was told, that completing the cancelation at the gym was not the correct path. I had to complete forms from them (home office). I was sent the forms and sent them back in fall of 2022. Also around this time, I stopped using the card I had on file with them and worked to pay it off. Once it was paid off in summer of 2024 I closed the card. Only to find out that the only charge that had been happening during the payoff period was still 10 fitness. I started getting delinquency notices. I called home office, explained everything as stated above. Was told they would review it. I never heard back. Before thanks giving I went to the HQ in Maumelle near city hall. Told they would have someone call me and get it taken care of. Dec I get emails stating that my account has been closed and I'm at risk of being turned over to collects for non-payment. I went back to HQ, spoke to another person who told me she would get the manager of the Maumelle location and some others in the building to look into and take care if it. 3 weeks later I have gotten a collection notice stating I have 6 months past due fees. This is the worst experience trying to cancel a membership and doing everything they have ask, only for them not to honor their end of the canceling the membership. I guess $17 is too much for them to lose a month to really work on customer service. I would recommend to join only if you plan to never cancel your membership. It definitely feels like a timeshare or other BS marketing tactic to keep you locked in forever!!! They only get 1 star due the trainer who is super awesome.

If you want an encouraging and judgement free place to improve your fitness, you found it. It's unlike any studio in LR. It's more than a spin class and more than boxing. You will leave feeling like you danced all night. Just go. You won't regret it.

I'm based in Dallas for school right now, which has an incredible boutique fitness scene,…read moreespecially when it comes to spin. So when I'm home for the holidays, I of course had to find a place to get my ride on. I found Clique Cycle after looking far and wide. Definitely think that Clique Cycle fills a niche in the LR fitness market, where boutique fitness hasn't quite hit its stride (yet). Their classes are hard, and if you're a beginner, I think it can be a little hard to follow since a lot of their moves take a lot of core and experience on the bike. However, they definitely emphasize taking things at your own pace, which I think is awesome. Definitely breathless and sweating every time, and their moves are fun and unique. A couple of cons. It can be hard to hear what the instructors are saying sometimes, and if you aren't familiar with their rotation of moves, it's easy to feel like you're always behind or off the beat. They also focus a lot on fast feet, and I think there could be more power songs incorporated for a more balanced ride. I think their arms song could be a bit more challenging as well. And I also wish they had SPD clips in addition to the Look Deltas they have. (No Tiems here!) The best thing about this place is definitely the community. You can definitely tell this place has a lot of regulars, and the instructors know a lot of riders by name. Definitely a great option if you're looking for a studio that is heavy on the choreo and has a club-style setup (less HIIT). They also have a separate flow class that's floor-based.

I will definitely be back! My friend wanted me to go with her, and she booked a private lesson with Matt for the two of us. It was great to get that kind of personal attention, especially since I had never done Pilates (except on a Jennifer Kries VCR tape!). The breathing and the meticulous positioning of your body are so important, and a private session helps you orient yourself and understand a lot more about Pilates. Matt was great. I wasn't sure how much of a workout it would be, but the next day, deep core muscles of mine was stiff, so I knew he had put me through my paces! Another friend of mine suggested I try the reformer classes, too, and I wanted to get on that shiny machine! I took two reformer classes. This apparatus has various tension springs, straps, boxes and props to use to help you get the most out of it. The first class I took was technically an intermediate class with Paula, the owner, but there are only four reformers, so everyone gets personal attention, and I never felt that I was not getting it or that I was holding anyone else up. I had run 20 miles for a marathon training run the day before, and Paula was mindful of that for each set up of the apparatus. I took a beginning reformer class with Nikki more recently, and that was great, too. There was just one other person in the class, and Nikki was very helpful in making sure we both pushed ourselves, but not dangerously. The only issues I have with The Pilates Studio is that you can't drop in and the Web reservations system is a little clunky (I wanted to reserve just one class, not a series, and I couldn't find how much it was on the site). And, the classes are expensive. The semi-private lesson was $45 each, and drop-in reformer classes are $30 each ($200 for a series of eight). I understand why you pay this much: you get tons of personal attention from really knowledgeable teachers, so they couldn't accommodate more "profitable" numbers at lower rates. I will definitely be back: I plan on asking for PIlates for my birthday! I also wanted to note that Paula and all the teachers are great, and the studio is a relaxing oasis. Whenever I've gone, it's been the highlight of my day.
