The pass is also good for 24 hours, which means you could potential he visit twice for the same $10. The gym is spacious with plenty of room in between machines and benches, and they also have a functional fitness room with Olympic platforms. My first visit was at 9 PM, and my second visit was at 5:30 AM the next day, so I'm not sure if they are overly busy during prime time, but when I went to the gym it was fairly empty. The machines were good, they have plenty of free weights, and they also have a cardio theater which I did not partake in, but it looked pretty cool. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and they provide a towel service. The bathrooms seemed pretty clean for the gym, but I did not use the shower so I can't come in on that.

Critical Fitness erroneously withdrew funds from my boyfriend's bank account for four months, after…read morea week long gym trial was purchased and paid for, during a short vacation to the Montrose, CO area in August 2024. When the continued unauthorized withdrawls were discovered, immediate contact and notification were made to Jessica Silva, one of the owners of Critical Fitness. Jessica reviewed the account, acknowledged the mistaken withdrawls, and after many messages back and forth, determination was made that the Bank would only be able to retrace/refund 60 days of the erroneously deducted funds, a partial refund, which the Bank promptly handled. Jessica indicated then, in writing, and on more than one occasion, that she would personally write a check for the difference that her company had inappropriately extracted from the bank account and she would send the remaining refund owed, approximately $250. Multiple inquiries into this refund have been made over the nearly two months since the initial discovery of Critical Fitness' EFT indiscretions, and the remaining funds Critical Fitness still owes have not been returned. Communication regarding this matter has now been blocked by Jessica. It is extremely disappointing to witness a reportedly well-reviewed company have the lack of integrity, empathy or urgency to right their wrong. Shame on you.

Go to get a clean wipe, first one is all dried out most of the time. Joined a long time ago, recently employees/owners had a child. Congradulations! I have 4 under 5 also. Employees bring child to work with them. Baby cries. I hate that noise, I deal with it all day long, I go to the gym partially to get away from it! It is really bad, almost everyday.

I found her class to be challenging, but relaxing. Shavasana was sweet and I felt stretched, relaxed and worlds better by the end of class. The drop-in fee was reasonable and the studio was intimate.
