Jamey does a great job every time he comes! I have had other companies come and basically hustle you for a contract. Jamey takes care of things and doesn't pressure for unnecessary things. He is currently helping me with some springtails that have decided to invade our home. He is very helpful and came right back out when I texted him in a panic about them! read more

I am terrified of spiders and this year there are many spiders and large ones at that so I decided to contact a pest management company. I chose Crossbones because he was straight up with me on the phone and didn't try to sell me with statements like "How much is too much to invest in your home" when I inquired about the price! I did receive these type of statements from other companies I called. He also didn't try to sell me on a program. He gave me his price for a one time spray and said he'd be over the next day! I've had another pest control company come and spray before and by watching them I was left with the feeling that I could have done what they did myself as they did a very quick job. Jamey however was super thorough. I watched as he sprayed the inside and outside of my house and was super impressed. He said I should not see any spiders or other activity for 90 days. Yay! I can now sit on my deck in the evening and not worry about spiders dropping from the gutters! It's been 2 weeks and I haven't seen a spider or a bug in or around my house! His price was super reasonable as well. Jamey worked for a large pest control company for many years and decided to branch out on his own so he has no overhead costs and can charge his customers a fair price! He has many years of experience and it shows!! read more

Their predatory business strategy should deter anyone from working with this company. I was told by a sales person I could cancel any time. I was also told on the phone cancellation would be 52$ Upon cancellation they charged me 269$ read more

Crossbones Pest Management was courteous upon arrival. The owner Jamey was on time and actually there before I was. Throughout the entire inspection he was very helpful in explaining not only the problem, but also the best course of action to fix the problem. read more

Super impressed, they came out the same day I called and eliminated my ant problem immediately! They treated both inside and outside the house. We were so satisfied and impressed we signed up for a quarterly maintenance program 2 years ago with them and seriously have never seen a live spider or any other bug in the house or garage since.....it's heaven for someone like me that hates bugs! They are extremely reliable, super quick to offer service, reasonably priced and straight up honest! My neighbor used them for a termite inspection which apparently they do for free. read more
