Well located. Clean, nice staff. All the plants and flowers are plastic, very strange for a hotel…read morethat wants to be stellar. Only had breakfast, didn't try their restaurant for a complete meal. Canasta de pan dulce (breads and breakfast pastries) was very mediocre not in keeping with a hotel that wants to be at least 4 stars. Not terribly important but the music playing in the dining rooms & throughout the hotel lobby is like a retirement establishment. This hotel needs major energy replenishment. I'm no spring chicken (80's) but this is a boring hotel. No way for 5 stars, maybe even only 3.5 stars if star ratings mean anything. The interior design is very ordinary.
