Upon my next visit when I ask about scheduling to have her spayed because now we had had 2 cycles the Vet was very rude and condescending telling me I should have already done this!! When I reminded her of the previous discussion she told me that was impossible, she would never have said that! She was very rude and disrespectful! Ofcourse there were no notes in the file regarding the original conversation and I was treated as if I were brainless. Needless to say this Vet can't be trusted! And I will not be returning! The 2 birds that his friend purchased were replaced by the store but they refused to replace the birds he purchased or give him a refund even though that is their policy. His bird was very well taken care of but they accused him of being the reason that all 3 died even though he only purchased 1 and said he shouldn't have been sold a bird bc he is under 18 but they are the 1s that sold it to him.
