Just the beginning of one of these 2 star reviews gives me cause. I feel sad for a person who starts any review w/OMFG. I can write from LOTS of experience, as over 15 years ago I was a volunteer counselor at CPC for 6 years. When I started, I was for abortion if it was rape/incest/etc. I've SEEN and HEARD from many women amazing positive changes like addict babies being born normal. I had one gal who was a virgin, raped at 18, contracted STD and then pregnant. Friends and family told her to abort, (and at one time I would have agreed), but she said "I just couldn't kill my child, as he did nothing wrong." Sitting on the couch was the most adorable 2 yr. old boy. She said she would never have imagined her adult life to start out like it did, but wouldn't change a thing for her son. Did you know there are over 1.5 million couples waiting (sometimes years) to adopt EVEN down syndrome babies. Get as much credible info. as you can, then make your own choice and don't listen to anybody, but your gut! I cannot count how many women said "I would never have another abortion," as MANY suffer afterwards from physical and emotional/PTSD problems. There are many wonderful persons volunteering at CPC who truly try to help women - I did and it also helped me tremendously. read more

OMFG I must be a complete moron to fall for this! This place and all others like it in America are 95% a scam! If all you were looking for is some maternity clothes and perhaps an ultrasound then you might be fine. But they flat-out lied to me on their website and over the phone acting like they offered abortion services and ultrasounds but when I got there it wasn't even the day the ultrasound nurse worked. So if you have a nurse why lie about that too? Tell a heroin addict in a toxic relationship to keep her baby. Brilliant! read more

The information that they hand out to you is a joke. None of the insurance places are can you actually be seen for pregnancy. One place gives a discount which is the same as cash pay ugh. Medicaid is your only hope if you even get approval since the government doesn't process anything in time. I'm now 9 months with no insurance and when I was stressed out about not being able to drive or clean and stuck on bed rest these people were no help when I tried to talk... This place is good for a confirmation of pregnancy. A few shirts and a baby blanket. Unless you want to give your baby up for adoption then I don't know what they'd say then. I don't know where I would be without Crisis Pregnancy Center. Everyone is so welcoming and offer options when you find out you're having a baby. The classes are very beneficial too. For me, I didn't know what a baby needed, how to take care of them or what to do, and crisis pregnancy center helped me a lot!
