Stopped here today because I'm not overly happy with my current wireless carrier Verizon. Most of…read moremy friends have been with Verizon for a long time as I have. The price of their wireless services is never the issue; it's the lack of customer service at the smaller stores. There's just not enough people on hand to help folks! My last trip to this store was the same way. I walked in to find myself fourth in line to be waited on. There was only one service person there to tend to all these people! I had to leave and go across the street to Walmart to buy a new phone case. I don't know what the other customers ahead of me were wanting to do, but if it's for a new phone or service I could have had to wait a couple of hours. Not going to happen! I'm still looking at this T-Mobile store. I don't want to replace this disaster with a similar one!

I didn't see any lawn equipment whatsoever. It's a seasonal thing. Personally I don't do business with rent to own places. Although they will keep a person with a functioning lawnmower, they are of low quality. Granted, as long as you make your payments they will bring a customer a replacement mower. They will keep you cutting your grass. My biggest issue with any rent to own business is that by the time you pay your lawnmower or whatever off; you have paid triple the price of buying one yourself.

As I was about to leave my eye caught something I couldn't resist. At least three pallets of twelve pack ( different flavors and caffeine levels ) Black Rifle Mocha Chocolate Expresso. I checked the expiration dates and all were good and only 4.99 for twelve cans. I purchased a case of the mocha chocolate. Each can contained 200mg. caffeine. I tried a can when I got home and it was outstandingly good! Unfortunately for me; this stuff had a kick like an angry mule! It really got me out of my Lazy Boy recliner! I literally cleaned our entire house then went outside and cleaned and polished the rims on my pickup truck! Not kidding! Every wife should give their husband one can each day! BAD BUSINESS AND BAD TECH!!!! DO NOT USE!!!!…read more Darrell Freeman came and started complaining that he had to drive an hour and a half in traffic to get here. Darrell did, according to the receipt, a reset modem router and clean system or at least I think so. While Darrell was running something on the computer Darrell said that next time they had an issue with the computer, they should call him. He was cheaper that what was paid to Geeks on Repair. When my wife left the room and when I returned, Darrell had talked me into giving him $50 for a battery for the laptop. Darrell stated toshibas battery was $80 and he could get it cheaper thru his company. Darrell would only accept cash. Darrell was reluctant to give us a receipt for the money, but finally did. Darrell called 2 days later to say he ordered the battery and it would come to our home. Did not provide any tracking information. Also telling us he hadn't been paid yet by Geeks on Repair. Asking if we'd call them to urge them to pay him. Extremely unprofessional in my opinion! The laptop stopped working 3 days later. I have called Darrell several times and only speaking to him once 3 weeks after the service visit in regards to the battery. Darrell said he hadn't recieved it yet and would call me back as soon as he found out where it was. To this date9/26/2016, we have not heard from Darrell or recieved said battery. Calls are not returned by Darrell Freeman! Darrell Freeman took advantage of me being elderly and not knowledgable about computers and took my hard earned money!!
