This store didn't open until 11:00 today and although I didn't see hours of operation, I guess it opens at this same time everyday. This is only the second time I've seen it open. The first time I couldn't find any associates to assist me. This time I was finished shopping and had purchased some cold stuff. Didn't have time to browse. They actually opened as I was checking out. Hi! I don't mean to be critical but Walmart opens at 6:00 am everyday! You are missing out on some good sales by opening so late! Besides, Walmart has a rather extensive line of phone products. Amazingly, your biggest competitor in this town is located inside the same Walmart as you are!

I would much prefer to do business here in town rather than to travel to a larger city like Spartanburg, S.C. where a much larger and better staffed Verizon store is. They also can troubleshoot there. Instead of traveling out of town to get my new case I decided to cross Floyd Baker Boulevard and enter our much dreaded Super Walmart! My last trip to this store was the same way. I walked in to find myself fourth in line to be waited on. There was only one service person there to tend to all these people! I had to leave and go across the street to Walmart to buy a new phone case. I don't know what the other customers ahead of me were wanting to do, but if it's for a new phone or service I could have had to wait a couple of hours. Not going to happen! The issue was that she was the only AT&T person onsite and was painfully short on knowledge. She didn't even have someone she could call for help other than a corporate number that she didn't try to reach. This trip was a total waste of my time and has significantly changed my mind about AT&T. My wife and I had just yesterday looked at pricing with their competition. Each different carrier had basically the same charges for the bundle package we have now. One honest C.S. lady at another phone carrier discretely informed us that the cell phone market was rigged and one was like the other. Amazing to say the least!
