I was ALMOST Screwed, but Kyle P. fixed a two week fiasco in about 2 minutes…read more Mid Feb I walk into a Verizon store, tail between my legs: Stolen phone... completely helpless (besides knowing North and South). Kyle comes over, gets me into our Verizon business account immediately. Tries to track the phone. Nothing, so he says we'll fix it. We talked briefly and he saved me from converting to Apple because he knows I was busy... and Android had polished out their problems (I got FIVE camera lenses, 2 TB storage, CLOUD) Cloud is cheap now. Then he put Lense protectors on. No learning curve. The new android w/ Cloud, backup, tracking. Kyle was concise and told me these are problems no more. He walked me thru it, everything went 10x faster than those days when Verizon stores made you essentially play Squid Games (without the horrific dark side of the show of course) He put a good phone case on, Camera Lense protectors. Extra Lense covers were only 15 bux. I was out of luck having my phone stolen, but he offered $800 back if I found it. Kyle gave me his card and said get ahold of me when you get to your laptop if you have trouble. I tried to verify my new phone/email... For two weeks... Two weeks later I called him, within minutes he got all my contacts, app verification. everything back in business. He even reinstalled my old # with my new area code # (All my contacts back. Logged back in. Back into Venmo) Should have reached out to him earlier. So I can go back to my businesses and my life. Kyle you are the definition of customer service. And this morning our main business opens for the spring season. The anxiety is gone.

However, they will go above and beyond to satisfy whatever the customer is in store for. Brian in particular is INCREDIBLE. I've never had an associate at an Apple Store let alone an AT&T store with such high intellect, knowledge and a high professional attitude. He also makes the extra effort to ensure you're getting the most out of your purchase whatever that may be. He's very honest and wants the best for clients and at the same time makes the whole process as seamless as possible. I could've gone to any location as I reside in Denver but while visiting my parents I made it a point to come here because of the high quality of service. (My mother recently made purchase for an upgrade here and highly recommend me to come to that location) I really cannot thank Brian enough and I recommend only going there when he's available! Went in to upgrade phone to iPhone 12. The know-it-all after arguing with me about the phone I…read morewanted, trying to have me buy a more expensive phone, then messed up the upgrade, upgrading not my phone but that of my daughter in another city. Spent 5 hours in store as he tried to straighten that out. Finally he said they could not fix problem, daughters phone was deactivated and they needed to FedEx a new SIM card to daughter overnight so she could use phone. They did not do that it was 3 days before they even processed the request for SIM, and then seem to have sent it by FedEx Ground. The SIM card did not work and it took daughter 2 hours on phone with AT&T to get them to activate her phone. Went back to store to turn in my old phone for credit as they had prearranged. Could not get into store as they were busy. The manager said they would call me when they finished with current customers. After 2 more hours wandering around killing time outside store waiting, no call and the store closed. All in all, wasted about 12 hours just due to mistake of going to this store with unconcerned under trained staff. Daughter who relies on phone for business was without service for 4 days. I would never go back to this store, and would recommend that everyone avoid it.

I took my iPhone in on 5/02/25 with it overheating and short charge issues. Even though the battery…read moreshowed 91%, they recommended that I replace the battery. They told me that a low battery could cause these issues and that you can't always trust what your battery reading says in Settings. I agreed and paid the $108 (with cash discount) for the new battery, which by the way was NOT an Apple battery. Forward fast 2 weeks later and issues weren't getting better. I returned to the store to exchange the battery , but was told that they didn't have any in stock and it would take two hours to get one in. So, I simply asked, "Well wouldn't it be easier and faster for me to go to the Mesa Mall location?" They said, "Well, we'll have to call them again to see if anyone is available to do repairs." All I could think was, "That makes no sense because that's exactly what their sign says.".......... I then went to the Mall location to exchange the battery. They said it would be an hour. Ok, but it took them 90 minutes. I showed up after the hour had passed. The two men working helped other customers while I was waiting for my phone. I spent 30 minutes in the store waiting for them simply to put everything back together (which literally took all of 15-20 seconds). So, why did I have to wait an extra 30 minutes?........who really knows. Still experienced the same issues. Took it to GJ Tech Repair. He looked at the interior of the phone. Guess what?!!!? IT WAS NEVER A BATTERY ISSUE. The mother board was starting to go.......HMMMMM. Now I'm out the $108 spent on a battery that was never needed and a lot of wasted time as well. Of course, there's no refund available for this, just a 30 exchange option. I will NEVER GO BACK TO THESE GUYS. Someone could have taken some time to inspect this phone, but they didn't. They blamed it on the battery without even considering some other issue. NOT IMPRESSED AND VERY ANGRY THAT I WASTED GOOD MONEY ON THIS RIDICULOUS EFFORT. I will share this experience with all of my friends and family. Thank you Phone Medic for an unnecessary and expensive lesson.

North Ave. location. Waited two weeks for a camera screen protector. Went in to ask how much longer…read moreit might be and he didn't know but he could call someone and ask. Couldn't reach whoever he called. I asked about a refund of my $30 deposit and he said they keep $10 for a cancellation fee. Feel very ripped off and mad.
