DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY…read more I took my phone here to be repaired after the screen cracked. They replaced the screen and I paid over 300.00. Four days later the screen was completely black. I took the phone back in and it was replaced, as expected, at no cost. Six weeks later my screen started to develope the same problem the other had in four days. It started turning black. I took it back again and was told that their supplier had refused a warranty on the first one so this one was my problem. When I pay 300.00+ dollars to get a phone fixed I don't expect the repair center to tell me they have problems getting their supplier to honor a warranty for them and it's now my problem. BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE DOES NOT PRETEND TO WANT REPEAT BUSINESS. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

We live 500 miles away so we could not help in person . I called this location and spoke with Kyle. He was helpful and professional. He Said he would be happy to help her set it up once her phone was delivered. He also made sure I knew exactly what information she would need to have with her so the process would be as smooth as possible. She was able to make an appointment and Kyle took great care of her. We are very thankful that someone could help her out since we are so far away!

He comes out and tell me he wasn't giving me my phone and canceled my order before even trying to give an explanation. He does not know how to deescalate a situation. He just made the situation worse and worse. I've spent almost a week trying to get my phone replaced, of course he kept suggesting I upgrade. He was only trying to sell me a phone. I ended up having to call T-mobile and was directed to do a new insurance claim. I was still given the wrong information. still without a phone all because Nic, the supervisor, would not give me my order.

They said Hi when we walked in but they didn't say someone would be right with us or how long it might be or ask us what we needed. again he just needs to pay a bill real quick. I can understand waiting in line for your turn except when u can obviously be down with this customer in 3 mins or make him wait behind all these other customers that are getting new phones and switching accounts, things that take 30-45 mins. But the thing about it is when I simply ask if he could just pay his bill, and i wasn't being rude i just ask. The, I assume manager, immediately got rude with me and snapped at me. "No! If 15 ppl had to pay their bills then these ppl would have to wait." IDK one old man equals 15 ppl but this could have been real simple. Said they weren't exactly sure what to do to help me, had me contact customer service. The representatives in the store were no help at all. Had to wait three days for them to cancel the order completely before getting a new phone. Would recommend placing the order online before coming to the store and wasting your time.

They were extremely friendly and had my phone fixed in about 30 minutes. When I showed up my thumb print ID worked but after the repair it wouldn't. They took $30 off of the repair price which I think is very fair. I highly recommend this location if you are looking for quick repairs at fair prices.
