She really is quite special. I've never been in there where someone doesn't refer to her by name and visa versa. The only problem with offering an over and above service is it's busy, and it's ALWAYS busy, but as I say, there's a very good reason for that. Generally people understand and will happily wait their turn because she gives everyone the same due diligence and care. That service is old school... excellent.

The service from most of the staff is really friendly, they always have smile and a cheerful…read morecomment. They are very helpful, and know their products well. Occasionally the service is not so cheerful and friendly, and I've had to explain the maximum size for packets to one member of staff.

This is a very decent convenience store and sub-post office located close to the Brynowen caravan…read moresite in Borth. It offers a much wider range of goods at much more competetive prices than the on-site shop. When we stayed at Brynowen we found that from our caravan at least Nisa wasn't significantly further to walk to than the camp shop so going there was a no-brainer really. The shop is very nicely presented, offers some decent promotions and the staff were all polite and friendly. There a cash machine outside although there is a charge for withdrawals so better to get cashback in the shop. Having said that you need more than a fiver to pay by card.
