A Crew Clothing Outlet?! I could very well get in trouble. The first time I went into a Crew Clothing store, I actually thought it was clothing for while I was in the boat rowing. Not so. It is for outside the boat... rather preppy clothes, but I tend to go for basics like cardigans, sweaters, skirts. While the store is fairly small, the selection of clothing and sizes is surprisingly large. Not much for accessories (usually a bit of a mess at the back of the store near the Fitting Rooms), but there is a small children's section at the back.
I have found the discounted prices to actually feel like they are discounted... compared to some of the other stores at the outlet where the discount seems to be non-existent. In fact, it seems so reasonable (cheap really) that I have had to stop myself from going overboard. They have a nice selection of sweaters/sweatshirts as well as jackets (dressy and casual) and body warmers.
I found a nice skirt that will fit the "Business Casual" meeting I have as well as some dresses that could be casual or accessorized for a nice night out. While the store doesn't always seem that busy, when it is, it is a bit difficult to get around and with only two fitting rooms, you may have to wait. For the prices though, you'll probably find me here on a regular basis. read more
