Arriving a little earlier than check-in (12:30pm)... I was signed in with less than a smile - tapping away on her keyboard, dismissing every smile and attempt to lighten the mood. Fine not everyone needs to be happy! Now this is when I get peeved - I can't connect to the internet. I go back to reception... Buzz... Explain. Manager states with a clear face, I'm using the same internet as you - check your settings there's routers above, below to the side of your room?!? Feeling a little sheepish... Tuck tail and politely excuse myself. F@#k.. Same internet connection to the property maybe - further investigation showed a separate administration router (fine, why lie)... Next time you dismiss people, signal strength can be read by a two year old - WiFi extenders, deferent routers maybe on the same connection... Doesn't mean they are working. Huff - sometimes people can be the biggest doche bags.
