I am French and I have lived in Germany for 5 years now. Every time I purchased a "crêpe", I was…read moreextremely disappointed. As a result, I have not bought one in a long time. Today, however, I decided I would try "Crêpes de France". I am happy to say that this is the best crêpes I've tasted as of yet.
Correct ingredients, however as constructive criticism I suggest to add more vanilla sugar as the crêpes are lacking the noticeable hint of vanilla. Also, cook the crêpes for longer. Crêpes are not supposed to be white, they are supposed to be golden. This might result in the crêpes drying out, so make sure to add something in order to prevent it and make the crêpes nice, moist, golden and slightly sweet. A perfect crêpes is good enough to eat without anything, this is very close. A perfect 5/5 crêpes is easily within reach.
Very well done.
