If I had the option to give 0 stars,would do it.After 2 years trying to get this done they reimbursed my money issuing a refund.During the process I was told "We can fix this but we have to be more aggressive" "3 of your accounts are too high but the manager would work your case personally".Is funny how during the process everything was possible.At the end I was told "Nobody would be able to delete them". Please stay away from here, I started my process in November 23 2020. I am writing this review on January 31st of 2022. I have been MORE than patient. Initially I was told they work credits based on disputes and that I would receive letters from credit bureaus and had to forward them to CP720. I never received any letter regarding disputes etc. I contacted them with my concern of not getting letters and I was told Credit Bureaus were not sending letters due to COVID. I always call the customer service number and get treated like I don't know what I'm doing by some rude unprofessional employee. Payments are autopay only and they will SURE come out but your credit will stay the same. I recently had my credit pulled by a Broker and was told NO DISPUTES are in progress at all. So basically I donated $1,169.60 to CP 720. I have called endlessly requiring documents as proof they are doing something in my credit and never have received anything. Now I call to ask for a highly spoken warranty (Attached you will find image) saying they offer results 100% guaranteed and they say they will conduct an investigation and see if I did my part in repairing my credit (What about their part?). I am seeking legal advice and other credit repair companies. Today I was told once again by a credit repair specialist in another agency my credit has not been worked at all! I hired this company to work on my credit on September 2019. Sandra Lozada set up my contract and explained to not worry about anything that my accounts will be deleted on a 6months period I will see some changes. I sent all my results from my credit bureaus , kept paying my active cards and up to date they have not done anything. No accounts deleted yet. I called back and complained because I have a friend who had the same issues with them and they were excused was that it can take up to 15months. It took me literally a month to talk to a manager, no one contacted me to explain the process or see if maybe i can do something on my end to speedbup the process.. i started doing my own research on youtube, reading articles and on I have seen progress on my own only in 2 months!!! People dont waste money paying thrm to fix credit you can do it on your own . You can mail your own dispute letter. Debt validations letter and pay to delete letter.. use that money you paying them to fix your credit yourself!!!! I made the mistakes of wasting 1500 with them and I regret it!!!!!!!! read more
