I have had more than a handful of cases represented by these guys and they have not won a single…read moreone. Most were settlements, the one that went to court was a loss. So why do I keep paying these guys? Because they don't cost an arm and a leg and they let you do payment plans. And for that, I get to personally stay out of the courtroom. But let's talk about the real problem here. And that is, crooked corporations like MCM and LVNV and all of the other douchebag places can buy up our debt for pennies on the dollar then sue us for a large sum of money they never even lent us. They make billions from our hardships using the court system against us as their own personal enforcers and unfortunately the courts seem all too willing to play along. That needs to change and there is a petition to get this started (link below.) If you are sick of this crooked system and the laws that allow it, please sign the petition below. It might take awhile, but if enough of us get tired of this and raise our voices, we can stop their Easy Street meal ticket! https://www.change.org/p/stop-predatory-debt-buyers-from-robbing-americans-blind-for-pennies-on-the-dollar

I had such a bad experience with this law firm. I tried to work out a settlement with a company. In…read moresix months, the settlement was not what I hoped but what was worse was the customer service I received. I paid $1000.00 in legal fees for a case that I could have began paying myself if I had spoken to the company directly. At the end of the six months, I received about 12 automated messages via email and text saying I needed to sign the payment agreement. I had to call three times to make sure if they had received my signed paperwork. Each time they said they had but i kept on getting messages. I wasted so much time calling to see if they had obtained my signature. They finally decided to disable the automated emails. I also wanted the email and number of the company I was making payments to just in case something happened, I could call them. No luck there. I never had one person to speak to. There were assistant to paralegals, paralegals...not one specific person. In the end, I should have skipped and paid the $1,000 to the card company. I really regret working with this Ciment Law Firm. Look for another firm with you will have one person to work with. I felt like cattle.

It's very tough to move up on the credit ladder, we have tried rebuilding ourselves for 2 years with a small 10 point increase. After a lot of denials we scoured the web, there had to be something out there that could help us get out this dark cloud that had hovered over us for years. It seemed like forever. We have tried debt consolidations prior, but we had to pay fees for their service monthly, plus the set monthly amount. All they were doing is what we could have done on our own, we were not getting anywhere as fast as we'd like. We scoured the web and finally found the perfect company. We worked with Mike, he is very understanding and provided top notch customer service. He was with us the entire way, I no longer felt alone and now I have the credit freedom that we needed. Mike was able to remove 8 of our 18 credit inquiries, charge off's and old debt that still lingered from 10 years ago. The best part is that I was not obligated to pay a penny until something was removed. There is no other company like this one. Now we are able to get the approvals we need. We are excited to see what our future holds thanks to them.

If I could put zero stars I would!!…read more I called a number listed for LVNV Funding to negotiate a debt and was routed to Credit Glory. I clearly stated multiple times I did NOT want credit repair services--only to settle my $2,700 debt. The rep (Renee) repeatedly reassured me they would not dispute anything and would only help resolve the account, saying it could be handled for $1,500. I told her I was driving, in a rush, and couldn't review documents. She said they were only for verification, so I trusted her and agreed. Within 3 business days, I called back for confirmation and was told I had been enrolled in a credit repair program instead. Jose, a very rude account manager, refused to help with my debt and denied refunding the $698 I paid, claiming services were provided--which is false.
