I had such a bad experience with this law firm. I tried to work out a settlement with a company. I paid $1000.00 in legal fees for a case that I could have began paying myself if I had spoken to the company directly. At the end of the six months, I received about 12 automated messages via email and text saying I needed to sign the payment agreement. I had to call three times to make sure if they had received my signed paperwork. Each time they said they had but i kept on getting messages. I wasted so much time calling to see if they had obtained my signature. They finally decided to disable the automated emails. I also wanted the email and number of the company I was making payments to just in case something happened, I could call them. No luck there. I never had one person to speak to. There were assistant to paralegals, paralegals...not one specific person. In the end, I should have skipped and paid the $1,000 to the card company. I really regret working with this Ciment Law Firm. Look for another firm with you will have one person to work with. I felt like cattle.

I told her I was driving, in a rush, and couldn't review documents. She said they were only for verification, so I trusted her and agreed. Within 3 business days, I called back for confirmation and was told I had been enrolled in a credit repair program instead. Jose, a very rude account manager, refused to help with my debt and denied refunding the $698 I paid, claiming services were provided--which is false.

The customer service wasn't excellent either. You eventually realize that the item from the beginning was not being challenged correctly. Then you get excuses on excuses.
