This tax firm has cost us so much waste money because of their negligence or care for details. The time that we were able to speak to Martha after being on hold for a long long time, her call dropped in the middle of us discussing our LLC and legalities. She never called us back...in the middle of her getting details for our business. We called her office back, was put on hold again and then told she was with another client. She filed our taxes incorrectly on multiple accounts - probably bc of her lack of communication or follow through. She has most of her staff handle things...their fees are just way to astronomical for the type of service you get. NOT to mention, her simple filing of w9 form for my boyfriends dad ended in him getting audited. And he barely made any money...simple w9 form. P L E A S E avoid this tax firm to save yourself trouble!!
