Getting them in the tub is one thing, but trying to wash them without totally tossing my laundry room is another. I looked online and found some services that have dog washes, but the cost was almost $20 dollars per dog (I have 2) I would have rather just dealt with it in my house than spending $40 plus dollars to wash my kids. I heard that some of the new Pet Valu's in my area had a dedicated dog wash area. I called around and found one that was open on Sunday's...the cost only $10 dollars per dog.....Done... I packed up the pups in the car and we took the 15 min drive to Pet Valu on Mississauga Rd in Brampton. This location is in a new mall and the location is still quite new. The staff here are really accommodating, I was told the cost was $10 dollars per dog and that included all the wash time, shampoo, conditioner, smell nice spray, towels, blow dryers and even treats!! The dogs are washed in a gated off area so you don't have to worry about your dogs dashing out. Safe and secure tie down leashes also keep the pups in place as you wash. Tons of room to move and to dry. The added bonus is that you can pick up any pet supplies there if you need them as well...all in one stop...5 stars!!

We showed them the email and asked them to honour their original quote. They said they can change prices whenever they want and they would not honour it. We were shocked as that is the golden rule of business to honour a quote. Their attitude was very unprofessional. There are so many other places to buy birds in Ontario. Do yourself a favour and stay away from this store.
