Dear Miss Vickey and the New Adventures Preschool, I want to…read moreexpress my heartfelt gratitude to all of you for the incredible care, love, and learning you have given my son, Brian Catlin, over this past year. As parents, it's not always easy to leave your child in someone else's hands--but from the very beginning, we felt confident and at peace knowing he was in such a nurturing, supportive, and engaging environment. Brian has grown so much--socially, emotionally, and academically--during his time at New Adventures. Every day he came home excited to share something new he learned or a fun story about his day. It's been a joy to watch his confidence bloom, and we know that so much of that is thanks to the patience, creativity, and dedication of each one of you. Miss Vickey, your warmth and guidance have made such a positive impact on our son. We are incredibly thankful for the safe and loving space you've helped create--where children like Brian can explore, grow, and thrive. In my line of work, the biggest compliment a client can have is to refer more friends and family. That is why we happily referred my niece Dahlani who will be attending this month and will be enrolling our daughter Rozalyn in the coming months. Thank you again for all that you've done for our family. We will always look back on this chapter with appreciation and fond memories. With warmest thanks, Catlin Family

We love the staff here and are so happy to have this place. We were nervous of sending our child to…read moredaycare, but it's clear the staff here really care about the children. We have been here over a year and plan on staying until our child ages out. They have a great daily schedule of lessons and play time, and it's fun seeing what the kids learn. They get families involved too, and overall it has been a great experience for us and our child. They are licensed which was important to us, so we feel good that it's a safe environment. I also really like that they aren't posting pictures of the kids on social media and they use a private app to communicate with parents and share pictures through that.

My infant went here for 2 months & I regret sending her here. Do yourself a favor & do more…read moreresearch! The teachers say inappropriate things to the babies (her class was 2 and under) & a couple things I overheard were more than concerning. My daughter was not eating her lunch or napping which looking back was a sign she was unhappy. The teachers definitely do not seem like a group of go getters by any means. They have the bright app which I was so happy about so I could get updates & barely got any. The first clue should have been when we toured the place & the teachers did zero engaging with our daughter. I understand kids get dirty but we would pick her up & she would have lunch residue or dry boogers on her face. I mean we are paying for care & cleaning of the face should be a no brainer. Ive had my daughter in a new daycare (night and day difference) and you can see the difference just within 2 days! She is active all day, eating her lunch, and napping! I am so glad I observed and overheard what I did because it was meant to be to pull her out & leave. Funny thing is that at her new place of care there is another child that was also pulled out of fusion due to the way they treat the children (not sure of location). Seems like they need to reevaluate the culture there & switch some things up because they definitely SUCK!
