I was dealing with a severely dry scalp, but all she did was scrub it with her hands, didn't use a scalp brush or anything (I still had dry flakes in my scalp when I got home). I figured blow drying after a scalp reatment was included - NO! I got charged 15 extra dollars JUST TO GET MY HAIR BLOWDRIED. Not styled or anything. Overall assessment: overpriced & felt like a burden/like I was being rushed.

They complained to and about each other in front of everyone, and the receptionist is a joke. She must be related to someone there, because she cannot do her job. There's a real feeling of crazy here. After actually feeling contempt from my stylist when I asked her to do a technique she'd never heard of, and then her resulting attitude during the entire 3 hour process, I will never go here again. They obviously quit educating themselves with modern techniques in the eighties. Also, as a paying customer, DO NOT MAKE ME HELP WITH MY FOILS. I don't want to have to work during my dye job. I found this place to be so unpleasant I wanted my money back. It was overpriced compared to other salons in the area, and I've found a much better salon and prices elsewhere. I doubt they get many new customers here anymore. I wish I could give 0 stars.
